I have stayed here many times for work.  The hotel has been recently renovated, so it looks modern.  It is generally well maintained and clean.  The finishing details in the bathrooms could use some attention, there was a lot of drywall mud near the shower and the tp holder had a lot of scratches and missing paint.  There was also a large stain in the carpet of my room and debris (peanuts?) between the desk and dresser/cabinets.  I would think with the renovations being new, more care would be put into keeping things looking as new as long as possible.   Also, the walls and doors are a little thin, I could hear someone snoring in a neighboring room.  The staff is always polite and the hot breakfast has good options.

Excellent hotel.  I do not know if new, but it is clean, bright & nice throughout.  The staff is friendly & helpful.  I highly recommend this booking.   The only drawback is that it is difficult to get to if you have never been there.  However, a short drive through parking lots to several places to eat & drink.

Great place to stay convenient you're close to everything in Overland Park ,exceptionally clean Motel with wonderful helpful and friendly staff. Comfortable beds and hot water in the shower.  Restaurants right within walking distance, secure and safe parking.
