The staff was very welcoming and professional. The room was clean as well as the rest of the hotel. The decoration is lovely. Close to the hotel, there is a nice park and shops. The hotel is 10 min by car from the airport. To sum up, I enjoyed my stay at Relax Hotel and I recomend it. It is worth it.!

The hotel is in a good location, very close to the airport, next to the main road, and not far away from a large shopping mall, which is convenient for shopping and eating light meals. But the room is not big, the bathroom has a bit of smell, the toilet paper is as thin as a cicada's wing, there is no facial tissue, no kettle, no drinking water, no free coffee, no water cups, in fact, there is nothing. The breakfast is simple with few varieties. The service is average. I wanted to negotiate to adjust the booking date, but it was not possible.

Not bad for one night location in the commercial area and near the airport…

i had the pleasure of staying at this hotel and I must say that the experience exceeded all my expectations largely due to the incredible service provided by the team especially Rania From the moment I arrived she made me feel like a VIP guest. She was professional friendly and went out of her way to ensure that all my needs were met. Whether it was offering great recommendations for local attractions or making sure I had everything I needed in my room, Rania was always there with a smile and a solution. I will definitely be returning!!

The cleanness of the room everything was smooth starting from the check in MOHAMMED from the reception was very professional and approachable he helped me a lot during the stay his kindness was just beyond .. breakfast in the hotel was good YASMIN was very friendly and helpful her smile and kindness made my morning am willing to come back with my family the staff is really special highly recommended Hôtel

Excellent for what it is. Not luxurious but has everything you need. Friendly, and accommodating staff. Safe. Clean rooms. Amazing shower. Good value for money. Proximity for major super market. 10 min from airport, about 12 minutes from the city.

Too much for an hotel of 3 stars, i was not expecting that amazing service and beautiful rooms, also the delicious food, in my opinion , 2023 will be the year of the 4th star , i highly recommend, a big thanks to the staff.

The hotel is in a great location, the hotel staff is friendly as well. As for the rooms, they were quite good, bathroom's great, two really comfy beds. It had everything you needed. Also, it was really clean, which is something we really like to see. As for the breakfast, it had everything, a classic buffet, so you can't go wrong with that. All in all, we liked our stay at the Relax hotel.

Such an amazing experience at relax hotel oujda, wonderful staff , always smiling and ready to serve us, i was so sad to leave thiß magical place, welcome us and deal with our papers professionnally and very fasy, the food was so delicious especially the tajine, the price was perfect compared to the services, to repeat a hundreat times again and again.
