The hotel is nice but only one thing we did make reservations for 2 adults and 1 kid but when we arrived there, it said only 2 people. However the hotel said it is ok. Moreover, we can send the Yamato delivery from the hotel which is so convenient.

Extremely convenient by taking AirPort Express train to go to the hotel. Worth to go 36/F to have dinner at their cafe.

Excellent location right above the airport express, metro line, and Takashimaya. Large clean room. Room with two large beds can easily fit 4 adults, if needed. Great indoor pool, but note that kids are restricted from the pool in evening hours.

Excellent location and view. Especially for family with kids, this hotel is right above Namba station and walking distance to kuromon market, dontorbori. Easy to get to different subways for traveling. Though is 2 double beds. One bed can fit one Asian adult and child.

The location is perfect. Swimming pool is very good.i will come back again.

Pretty good Hotel, the bar on the top floor is great, the folding the restaurant delicious and the access to Dontonbori super easy like also to the Namba station. Stunning view from the room, people are super friendly and the rooms are very clean.

The hotel room was cozy and spotless, with a beautiful view. The bed was on the softer side, which some may find comfortable. The location was incredibly convenient—just a short walk to the station and close to shopping areas, making it easy to get around and explore.

Excellent location by the train station. Lots of restaurants and cafes around. Would save time if walking distance is a must.

Well location for shopping

Swissotel Nankai Osaka is a great accommodation choice in Osaka. Its location is in the very center of the city. There are many tax-free and luxurious goods shops nearby. Also plenty of cafes, restaurants and bars. Dotonbori street is five-minute-walk away, Tsutenkaku tower around 15 minutes. Hotel staff was up to their task, always polite and helpful; breakfast quite good. I would prefer more amenities in the room. My room was on the 31st floor, and view was amazing.
