Extremely bad service especially for a luxury hotel. Air-condition in room was hardly working, very suffocating for summer. Explained it to the night receptionist. Who immediately replied why could we bear with it on the first night. Sent a fellow service staff who stuck a temperature rod deep into the vent to show the air con was working fine. Couldn’t understand that there was no wind. On the check out day, asked the concierge on the ground floor to help book a bigger taxi in the morning as there were more people and bags. The person replied “yes, yes, yes”. Came back in late afternoon to confused looks.

Really incredible. Highest quality, very comfortable. Breakfast buffet selection was incredible. The city view from our room and from the lobby is worth the fee in itself.

Super awesome views, super clean room and very spacious room. Service was immaculate as well.

The view is great, and the breakfast is good too! Some waiters are very flattering. They came out of the restaurant at about the same time. When they saw the foreigners in front, they almost laughed to the ground. When they saw us in the back, they just ignored us.

I extended my stay at short notice, but the room had a wonderful view. The food in the lounge was also delicious.

The Conrad Hotel is a high-end hotel under Hilton. Its biggest feature is that you can experience the view of Osaka city skyline. The high-altitude view is really shocking, just like living in the clouds. There are many beautiful artworks in the lobby, which is very suitable for taking pictures. The hotel's breakfast and room ordering are relatively rich, and there are many suitable for children.

The swimming pool is good, suitable for business trips, the high-altitude scenery is good, but the service is not very enthusiastic, the location is also OK, close to the city center, and there are not many parent-child projects

Second time staying here, the facilities and service are very good, the transportation is convenient, downstairs is Higobashi Station, one stop to Umeda, two stops to Shinsaibashi. By the way, the Shinto Ramen at Exit 2 of Higobashi is especially delicious.

There is a subway station downstairs, one kilometer away from Umeda, not too far but not too close. It's a bit far to walk, so it's awkward to take a bus, and it's not worth taking a taxi. The hotel toilet can't be opened electrically, which shouldn't be the case. The above are the disadvantages. Apart from these two points, the rest are advantages.
