The shared bathroom was small and covered in hair, so I didn't want to use it if possible. There seemed to be a lot of foreigners there, so I guess it can't be helped to some extent.

You can get a much better AirBnB for a much cheaper price. The installations were dirty and a bit greasy, there’s an unpleasant smell that lingers around the whole building. The bed was mysteriously stained and the room looks rough especially for the price. The elevator looks awful.
The locations is great but I can assure you you can find so many more in this same area.
Maybe get this if you are a solo traveler but I think there are still so many better options. The staff was nice.

I used this hotel for a concert at the Orix Theater. The reception staff were very friendly and cheerful, which was great.
There are separate toilets for men and women on each floor, and the women's toilets only have three sinks, so it can get crowded in the morning when people are getting ready, so it might be a good idea to come at a different time.
It was very good value for money, and I would like to use it again.
