Nice location, right by the JR station, though a little walk to park entrance.

Deposited bag in the morning and went to USJ. great to return at night and relax in the onsen before resting. Really near USJ. Great location.

Next to the JR Universal City station offers easy access to the Universal Studios. Check in on the second floor and the view from the spa rest area at the top floor is excellent. Sky spa on the highest floor is very good with an outdoor pool and a sauna. TV in the rooms provide an overview of how crowded the Sky Spa is.

Everything about this hotel is awesome EXCEPT the standard of the hotel housekeeping. Stayed there for 4 nights, coffee cups not washed & didn’t replenish coffee & sugar. We got to request personally from front desk. The numbers of bath towel/hand towels were not consistent every day. Our wardrobe door was left opened after room cleaning. No standard hotel housekeeping checklist? Not the standard that I would expect from a suite.

If you are allergic to dogs, you may have to think before you book this hotel. This is my first time to stay in The Singulari Hotel & Skyspa at Universal Studio Japan. The reason I chose this hotel is that it sits right next to USJ. When we entered the room, which was in 5th floor, in not more than 10 seconds, we smelt a very, very strong dog smell. You know when a dog gets wet, its body odor will become very strong. It was like that kind of smell in the room. It was quite unbearable to us. So, I called the front desk to request a room change. When we got to the 2nd room, it was ok in the first 5 minutes, but, after that the dog smell started to accumulate. Since we had to stay there for 2 nights, I called the front desk again. This time they moved us to 6th floor, the room still had dog smell but less. At that time I was quite frustrated and tired. I said nothing but took the room. What I did was I went to the store right away and buy a deodorant to put it in the room. However, it did not really help much. When I called the front desk and addressed the matter to them, they did not ask for anything but just changed the room for us. It seems that this kind of matter happens every day. The interior of the room is a bit old, and the washroom area and the shower area are all in one room. The room has more than enough space for 2 people. Is it clean? It is just ok. For sure next time we I go to USJ, I will try out another hotel.

We stayed here for 2 nights as part of our USJ itinerary. Hotel was reasonably clean and good value for the location. We were in a king bed with a sofa bed and had our 6 year old with us. Advantage: close proximity to USJ, decent sized beds, relatively clean and good value, spa at top leve, staff were quite helpful. Bed was also comfortable. Negative: No safe for valuables, rooms could be slightly bigger, can be a bit noisy as we heard footsteps from above and roadside (not as great for light sleepers) Will we stay here again? Possibly, but I would probably try out other hotels in the vicinity because my husband is a light sleeper.

5 min walk to universal studio, right next to train station exit.

Although the hotel location is very close to the train station and the hotel room is very clean and tidy, my overall comment is not good. Nowadays, most people charge small electronic devices / apparatus by using USB line but this hotel does not offer this to customers and we are still required to bring along with own sockets for charging. It really made customers not so convenient. The operation of the women spa was terrible while my family and I stayed in the hotel for 2 nights. My wife used the spa for 2 nights. She was very surprised that somebody brought a boy aged at least 7 years old and they wore swimming suit to use spa service. It made my wife so embarrassed and unsatisfied. It is ridiculous to have such an incident happened. The hotel should monitor this area very frequently and ensure all customers have enough privacy, safety and protection.

Excellent hotel in a fantastic location. Very close to Universal Studios (just a 2 or 3 minute walk) but also right next to the metro station - very helpful if you have luggage with you!!

Hotel is near the universal studio. Walking distance is about 5 minutes and there are many restaurants, convenience stores and fast food stores along the way from hotel to universal studios.

My stay at THE SINGULARI HOTEL & SKYSPA at UNIVERSAL STUDIOS JAPAN was exceptional. The modern, spacious rooms were clean and comfortable, and the hotel’s amenities, particularly the SKYSPA with its stunning views, were impressive. The staff provided top-notch service, always friendly and helpful. The dining options were diverse and delicious, with a great breakfast buffet. Located just a short walk from Universal Studios Japan and well-connected to public transport, the hotel’s convenience is unmatched. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I highly recommend it for anyone visiting the area.

Singulari is our favorite family hotel in osaka, the staff is courteous professional and very good. The spa onsen is excellent and housekeeping good.
