Clean rooms with high quality amenities. White clean sheets and pillows. Nice hotel not very far from metro station. Safe clean area around the hotel.

The location is perfect for customers who want to visit Shinsekai and the room is pretty comfortable. The most thing that I liked was a view from the window as my room was at 8th floor.

Nice hotel close to Shinsekai. The accommodation and service are consistent with the price paid. Its location is quite convenient, only five minutes away from Daikokucho Station on the Midosuji Line.

I got good rate to stay at this hotel for 2 nights. Location is easy to find. Clean toilet & near to tourism area with many foods to eat.

Good for solo traveler who want private bedroom and private bathroom with budget. Since the room is small, its kinda hard to pack your luggage. I love their amenities

Well, I would say location wise is really good since it's very near a Metro line. However, if you are using JR Pass, it will be quite a distance away. Just 7 minutes away from Shinsekai so there's much food there too. There's 2 shrines right behind the hotel that you can visit if you like. Friendly hotel staff, can converse in Chinese if you can't speak Japanese or English.

Budget hotel. The hygiene is OK. The layout of facilities is the same as most hotels in Japan. But the room is too small. If you bring a 28-inch suitcase, you can only open it in the corridor at the entrance. If you open it at the back of the room, there is no place to put your feet. There are few pedestrians in the hotel after 8:30 pm, and few shops are open. The road is relatively dim. If you are a girl traveling alone, it is not recommended. Try to choose a more lively place.
