We checked in late, but the process went smoothly thanks to the amazing staffs who were incredibly kind and helpful in guiding us to local attractions to visit the next days. One of the most heartwarming experiences occurred when I accidentally left behind a book and photo I had purchased from the Osaka Museum at a nearby shopping mall. The mall closed at 9 PM and reopened at 11 AM, and since it was our last day in Osaka, I had no time to retrieve it. After a day of exploring, we returned to the hotel late at night. To my surprise, Mr. Nann Wai, one of the hotel staff, went above and beyond. He took the initiative to visit the shopping mall during his lunch break to retrieve my book for me. If it weren't for his thoughtful action, I wouldn’t have had the chance to get back my cherished items. I truly appreciate his exceptional service! We will definitely return to stay at this hotel. The room was spacious enough for our family of four, including kids , and we were grateful for the washing machine with a dryer, which made it easy to do laundry during our stay. Additionally, another staff member named Su was incredibly friendly. She welcomed our children with chocolates and water, and even took a picture with us, making our experience even more special. Overall, our stay was fantastic, and we look forward to coming back and will recommend this hotel to friends.

Absolutely most family friendly hotel to stay. On top of all the toiletteries provided, there is also a in room laundry-dryer. Definitely highly recommended.

Good:The hotel is very new and clean and room size is excellent for 5 people. Very friendly and helpful staff who help us a lot during our stay. It’s next to convenience store and walking distance to big shopping malls 15-20mins. It also have a small kitchen and washing machine. Very good value for money and would love to come back again. Bad: It’s better you plan your dinner early as restaurants nearby are either fully booked or not allow kids to dine in.

It's not wrong to stay at Monday Apartment Hotel. It has a good location, large rooms, nice front desk staff, and convenient transportation and restaurants. If I go to Japan next time, I will continue to choose this brand of hotel.

The room is big and comfortable, with a practical kitchenette. The washing machine has a drying function. Although it takes a lot of time, you can choose to wash before going out or turn it on when you go to bed, which is very convenient. It is acceptable if you don't clean the room every day and change the towels and garbage bags by yourself.

The location is a bit remote and far from the subway. If you have a lot of luggage, you can take the subway directly to Namba and walk there. Daikokucho Station has no elevator, so you have to bear it. The biggest advantage of the hotel itself is the large room. I have been to Japan many times and always chose chain five-star hotels. This randomly selected room is larger than the ones I have stayed in before. There is a washing machine and microwave in the room, which is convenient and cheap. However, Osaka is really boring. I will not go to Japan again. Oh, by the way, there is no window in the room.

The hotel staff is friendly and the room is big enough for 3 people to open their suitcases. The hotel is about 10 minutes away from the station and is easy to find. Simple cooking utensils are also provided in the room. If you are tired of shopping, you can go to the nearby supermarket to buy some ingredients and cook for yourself. It is highly recommended.

Monday Apartment is quite convenient. Whether in Osaka or Tokyo, you can cook and wash your own clothes. It would be perfect if there is a balcony.

We were a family of 4, so we were thinking about getting 2 rooms in a small hotel, but we chose this hotel because it had a 4-person room. There was a washer/dryer, so it was convenient to do laundry, and there was a kitchen, but there was a 7-11 nearby, so we only used the microwave. We stayed for 4 nights and 5 days, and on the 4th day, they made the bed once, and they threw away the trash in front of the door every day, and they changed the towels every day, so there was no inconvenience. It was a bit far from the subway station for children, but it was not far from Namba OCAT Station, so it was easy to go to the airport by limousine, and Dotonbori was within walking distance. The room looked smaller than in the picture, but the bathroom was bigger than expected, so it was suitable for 4 families with children.

We stayed in a family room, which was a decent size. It's a fully self-contained apartment hotel, complete with washing machine, refrigerator, microwave, and more—all brand new. The washer-dryer was incredibly useful, washing and drying everything in just two and a half hours. The room was clean, newly decorated, and fully equipped. The only downside was that there was no water provided in the room; you had to get water from a dispenser in the public area on the first floor. They only gave us one packet of laundry detergent.

The location is excellent! It's only a 5-minute walk to Namba Station, and Shinsaibashi and Dotonbori are within easy reach, making shopping and dining super convenient. The apartment is modern and clean, with complete facilities, including a washing machine and a microwave oven. It's as comfortable as home. The high floors offer a wide view, and the night view is especially charming. The front desk service is enthusiastic and the communication is smooth. It's very cost-effective and highly recommended to friends who want to live in the city center!

The hotel bed is 1.4 double bed, which is quite big. There are washing machine, induction cooker, oven, refrigerator, plates, cutlery and kitchenware. It is very convenient. There is a supermarket downstairs. There are many small shops near the hotel. It takes a while to walk to Shinsaibashi and the subway. You can use DiDi to call a taxi.
