Good location next to metro station. Quiet place. A lot of conbini nearby. Enough space for 4 people. Shower and water was pretty good. A slightly shabby room. Expected green and light one, but got black and blue. Not a big deal.

It was nice and tidy. Also it has kitchen utensils if you want to cook.

Well customer service, response time very fast

Room are very dusty, need to wear mask in room as 1 of us has allergy nose. Wifi down, took 4 days to repair……. Is worse than Airbnb. Pillows are too flat (have to buy pillows as we staying more than 10 days), tatami bed also very hard (1 of us suffer back pain after 3rd nights). Only good as near sub-metro station but still need to transfer to main line in order go anywhere. Never go back to it if going Osaka. Highly not recommend! 😒😒😒

Good service

The hot water is good and the air conditioner and heating are good, but the location is far from the main tourist attraction and the cleaning condition is not good, especially the blanket has too much dust, but the price aspect is good.

The hotel was clean. There were simple kitchenware, an induction stove, a microwave, and a refrigerator, so it was good to eat food bought at a Japanese convenience store. It was small, but there was a bathtub, and the bedding was soft and good for relieving fatigue. The hotel is located 5 minutes from Ebisucho Station, and there is a good restaurant nearby, so Japanese people are lining up even late at night. See the picture. I personally don't know about the cleanliness of the floor. One day when I was there, there was a problem with the hot water suddenly not coming out. The email reply was fast, but it seemed difficult to respond immediately because the staff left work late at night.

The environment is excellent and tidy! The wi-fi signal was not connected when I checked in on the first night. I contacted customer service that night. On the second day, someone had delivered a mobile wi-fi device to the door. The service was sincere and worth recommending. The location is about five to five minutes' walk from Babel Tower. It's ten minutes away, about 20 to 25 minutes on foot to Nankai Namba, and close to Ebisu Town (about five minutes' walk)! Nice experience 👍

It was better than I thought! The bed and bedding were comfortable, and there was a bathtub, so I was able to relax my tired body from traveling! It was good because it was close to Ebisucho Station, and there were many convenience stores nearby, so it was convenient.

Excellent value for money. 10 minutes walk to Namba station, 15 to the central street of Dotonbori. Contactless check-in, small but very comfortable room. Recommended!

The location is good and the facilities are good. However, the cleaning is not good. There is hair left in the bathroom and on the bedding. There is room for improvement. I couldn't find the Wifi SSID posted in the room. I used my own mobile network.
