We had received a warm reception by hotel staffs when check-in. A room with a nice ambiance also clean. Really enjoyed the staying there.

The staff were great, the bar and lounge is fun and overall the atmosphere is vibrant and welcoming 😊

The room is very clean, spacious and comfortable with modern design. Staff is helpful and friendly. Will book again when going to Osaka ☺️ Apart from the room, there are lots of board games in the lobby. The most attractive one is the football match machine. Great place to stay when travelling in osaka!

Great stay

Not too shabby, very clean and modern and the wifi is fast. Never ate the breakfast because I woke up to late but other than that it was an excellent experience.

Location is in the middle btw Dotonbori and Umeda. If you want to visit either places, either you have walk very long or take a taxi. There was hair on the bed when I first got into the room. And A coffee cup had stain on it.

The reception staff was not polite and helpful. She just didn't like to answer your questions.

Location: It is a bit far from all three subway stations, and you have to walk 1 kilometer. Environment: The environment inside the hotel is OK, but the outside of the hotel is in the business district, so there are few places to eat and drink. The only place close to it is FamilyMart. Service: I bought a breakfast, which was the same price as the Kyoto Hotel the day before, with half the variety, and I didn't experience anything else. Summary: It is not recommended to bring the elderly. It is also not recommended to travel alone at this price.

The room is considered large in Japan. But the service is average. I made a note of the requirements when I booked online. But when I arrived at the hotel, I saw that the room I was assigned was very dark. I opened the curtains and saw that the window was directly facing the wall. I went downstairs to the front desk and communicated with the front desk staff through the translation software to ask for a room change. The staff said that there was a window at first, but that was it. I insisted on changing the room before they arranged it. As a result, the new room was suddenly bright and the window was not blocked at all.

A very interesting hotel with a strong literary atmosphere

I always stay in this hotel in Osaka. The room is bigger than other hotels of the same price. There are many Europeans and Americans here. Cathay Pacific crews also stay here. Breakfast includes hand-made waffles. It is very good in every aspect.
