Garner Properties in Osaka

Environment: The hotel is about a nine-minute walk to the nearest subway station, which is two stops away from Namba. Service: It was raining on the day of check-in, and they offered free umbrella rentals. The front desk staff were warm, polite, and helpful. The lobby had toiletries, bathrobes, a coffee machine, and water available. Cleanliness: Perfect score. The room size isn't very large, so it might not be ideal if you have a lot of luggage. It's perfectly fine for a solo traveler, though.

The room had enough space for the two of us, which can be hard to find in Japan. The bed was very comfortable, and the hotel was conveniently located just a 7–12 minute walk from the nearest station entrances, making it easy to get around Osaka. We also appreciated the complimentary water and snacks, which were a nice touch after a long day of exploring. The reception staff were always polite, friendly, and very accommodating to our needs throughout our stay. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again. If we visit Osaka in the future, Garner Hotel will be our first choice.

The staff here speak fluent English. When I checked in, I was greeted with a welcome drink and some famous Osaka snacks, which was a lovely touch! The air conditioning in the room is individually adjustable, and the room overall was clean. There's also space under the bed to store suitcases.
