The location is excellent, within walking distance of Osaka Station, and there are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The room is also very good, clean and hygienic. The bedding and pillows are comfortable, offering great value for money.

I was going to a concert at Osaka Jo Hall, so I just brought one bag. I wanted a place that was convenient for both the concert and for shopping and dining, so I stayed here. It's very close to Shinsaibashi Exit 7; you just walk straight out, and you're there. The entrance was a bit hard to find, a little hidden. Both FamilyMart and 7-Eleven are nearby, but 7-Eleven had a wider selection of items. It takes only three minutes to get to Shinsaibashi, and Namba is just a few more minutes' walk! To get to Osaka Jo Hall, it's three stops on the Nagahori Tsurumi-ryokuchi Line, though it's a bit of a walk from the ticket gate to the platform. The room was small, not suitable for shoppers with large suitcases, as anything over a 24-inch suitcase couldn't be laid flat and opened. The window had frosted film, so not much light came in. But I barely spent any time in the room, so it didn't really matter. On the first floor, you can pick up toothbrushes, combs, etc., and there's a water dispenser on every floor. Since I had to wake up early, I booked breakfast here. There were two set menus to choose from, and drinks and soup for the main course were self-service. It wasn't crowded. They also offered lunch and dinner, but I didn't try them.
