Hilton Hotels in Orlando

As a member, there are two bottles of water at the time of check-in. After staying for a few days, I don’t give it anymore. I ask the front desk to take it, saying it is a rule. The hotel is in a good environment, not far from the small train to the winter park.

The hotel is in a very good location, with a dedicated passage to the exhibition hall. There was a Vietnamese guy at the front desk who was very enthusiastic and helped me get a free upgrade. Thank you very much. The young man who helped call a taxi at the gate was also full of energy. Will come back and stay here again.

Nothing great about this hotel. Not very clean. Some staff really nice and some quite unfriendly and unhelpful. First room smelt and was damp and wet I had concerns about mould. So cold no option to turn the AC off it kept turning on. Mediocre stay overall wouldn't stay again.

The booking was good, however when it was time to get our room my dad and I had trouble getting a room upgrade cuz we are GOLD members. We already had another room under a different booking and package. We were told we would keep the room for when we would have to “check out and re-check back in” but we were then given a bigger room which was nice but the beds were terrible. We asked for a difference room and they all sucked so we ended up going for a completely different room all together and just stayed there. Nonetheless even tho we ended up having trouble with our room my father and I made wonderful mementoes and made friends with a lot of the staff members
