Universal Properties in Orange County

I recently stayed at a fantastic new hotel that offers an incredible experience with plenty of Universal's Epic Universe nearby. The location is perfect for those who love theme parks and attractions. The hotel provides easy access to all the nearby activities, making it a great choice for anyone visiting the area. The staff were incredibly friendly and made my stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a convenient and enjoyable stay.

The hotel was so good Epic is close I paid my deposit twice for a day. I checked out with confidence because I thought it would be canceled. (USA is almost self-check-out) A week later, more than $400 has been paid by card. Too absurd 😡😡 Epic Universal eats and talks right away and doesn't spend 0 won at the hotel !!!!! I'm waiting for you because I'm actively responding to Trip.com ㅠ

The hotel offers a free shuttle to Universal Studios, and you can get early park access with your room card. There are two good Chinese restaurants within a 1km walk that we've tried. The hotel also has its own restaurant, a travel desk, a car rental counter, and a shop. Overall, it was a very satisfying stay. The downsides were that the shower water wasn't hot enough in the evening, and the bathroom had no window or exhaust fan.

The hotel was overall ok, decent value for a Universal Studios hotel. It's about a 5 minutes bus ride from Epic Universe. It allows early entry into the parks. The rooms still have a renovation smell. I personally don't like hotel rooms that don't have a door to the sink area, only a door to the shower and toilet. I don't know why they can't have a door to the sink area. The buses to EPIC from Terra Luna run less frequently than from other hotels. Two buses from other hotels show up for one bus from Terra Luna. We waited over half an hour for a bus.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The guest laundry facilities were very convenient — they are located on the 4th and 7th floors of Towers 1 and 2, which made it easy to do laundry during our stay. Another great point was that we were able to store our luggage even after check-out, so we could go to the parks and enjoy the day without worrying about our bags. Most importantly, all of the staff were fantastic. Everyone was friendly, professional, and very helpful, which made our stay even more comfortable. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel.

It's OK. The hotel has an elegant environment, complete facilities, warm and thoughtful service staff, and a very comfortable stay. The location is convenient and travel is convenient. Overall it's OK

I booked the Dolphin Hotel directly for my Disney trip. I hesitated for a long time between several Universal hotels, but before the limited-time cancellation period ended, I decisively cancelled several hotels including Stranova and kept this one. It turned out to be a wise decision. The receptionist was really nice; she upgraded our pool room to a water park view room. I watched the Epcot fireworks for four consecutive nights at Dolphin, and then watched them several more nights at Universal – I'm practically addicted to Disney fireworks! They don't allow them in Beijing, so I got to see them to my heart's content in Orlando, haha. There's a Universal Studios service counter in the lobby where you can buy tickets and express passes. Near the parking lot, there are shuttle buses to various parks, very frequently. There are many people going to Epic in the morning, so there might be a queue during rush hour, but there aren't many people on the shuttles to Florida Adventure and Universal Florida. There's a convenience store in the lobby; you can buy food and eat at the restaurant tables. You can keep your room key as a souvenir when you check out. A great hotel, very convenient. I recommend everyone try it.

I stayed at this hotel to get an hour's early entry to Universal Studios. Personally, if you're going to Universal Studios, I definitely recommend staying at a hotel that offers these perks. Furthermore, if you're going to Ireland, this hotel is close enough that you can leave around 7 a.m. and take a 15-minute stroll, and you'll be almost at the front of the line. Being able to ride two or three attractions (or one or two multiple times) that are likely to have long waits during the first hour is a huge advantage. I rode Hagrid twice (I went right back in) and Velocity once. After that, I rode one more ride and was granted general admission. From then on, the standard wait time was over an hour... For a family of four, I'd recommend staying at a hotel that offers express passes. The wait times can be quite different... If you're going to use express passes anyway, you might as well choose a better hotel.

The guy at the front desk was very nice. After confirming that it was our first stay, he explained in detail that we didn't need to return the card when checking out. The door card was a fast pass and we could keep it. He left our email address and we received an email the next morning and could check out online. We took the hotel's water bus to and from the park. We didn't have to pay for parking by scanning the room card in the parking lot. The overall cost performance was very high

The inly thing I could fault was the signage to anywhere. There are none. We walked 30min. Round two hotels. For what should have been a few minutes cause once of the boat taxi for the first time no signed for lobby or anything. Same in morning sign to water taxi then no sign to say get life to floor one. Tbh this seems to a standard thing round universal. No sign or basic sign to everything toilets hotel rides. But have to say hotel was amazing and clean and would stay again.
