Novotel Zurich Airport Messe Reviews

Overall experience was good but the check in process was not smooth bcoz our booking on trip.com was unable to trace/found in their system even with the confirmation on the apps & booking number show to them. But ended up they scramble to arrange a room for us.

Good thing first - the breakfast is fine. Worst sleeping couch I experienced ever - every single spring in the mattress was stabbing me;( - why not a foam mattress? Ironically they promote "Beds with a whole new level of comfort", lol. Some mold in the bathroom. Finally the parking lot damaged my car by an idiotically placed larger concrete brick. Placed there by purpose according to a janitor to protect a pillar from damage. Thus at least one other car was scratched during our one night stay. We will sue the hotel that denies any responsibility.

the breakfast was declicious and served a bit more varieties compared to other Swiss hotels. Hotel is old but is clean. Just an ordinary novotel hotel room. Hotel staff was helpful. It's close to aiport by driving but the parking cost is not cheap.

Hotel was undergoing renovations. Even though our room was supposed to be smoke free we could smell smoke in our room

This is a good value 4 stars hotel with friendly front desk staffs. Check-in and check-out was comfortable and easy. Very good location as Tram stop is just right outside the hotel and Tram 10 and 12 directly from airport and can transfer to Zurich HB which was very convenient. Will highly recommend and can come back again.

AC not working. Rooms are pld and run down. However close to airport. Breakfast was good

The hotel is located very close to the airport, outside there is a tram stop, it's really easy to get everywhere! Clean spacious room, comfortable bed, nice big bath, delicious breakfast, staff at the hotel very friendly, helpful and speaking really good English. Would definitely recommend!

Good hotel for short stay

Very convenient hotel if you need to catch early flight at Zurich airport . Can take tram to airport as well , few stops away and just Infront of tram station . And the room is big compared to others hotels in Zurich .

Room is terribly dirty, carpet has stain and I don't think they have vacuum the carpet. The drainage is leaking the water knob is broken Breakfast is terrible, don't waste your money to have breakfast there. No shuttle bus to the airport and it costs us Swiss Franc 32 from hotel to airport and it's only 3-5 mins drive They charge us for 3 ppl for a room but the room is so small for 3 ppl, we can't even sit down after we open our luggages. Stain and smell all over Will definitley not recommend
