Grand Hotel Brioni Pula is truly a luxury that has completely charmed us for the second time. From the moment we walked through the doors, we were impressed by the exceptional hospitality of the staff, always friendly, attentive, and ready to fulfill all our wishes. The hotel's atmosphere is calm and elegant, with a sea view that adds a touch of magic to every moment. The food is top-notch, with exquisite local and international dishes that consistently delight us. The beds are incredibly comfortable, with perfect pillows that guarantee a peaceful and relaxing sleep. The wellness center is a truly relaxing experience, where you can fully unwind and enjoy the intimate and calming environment. After our second visit, we are sure we will always return to this wonderful hotel.

Finding an hotel like this in Croatia isn’t that easy as there are just not that many 4 and 5 star hotels with this level op service and atmosphere. We can really recommend the Park Plaza Arena hotel in Pula. Located on a peninsula near the Yacht harbor with entrance to the sea and beaches it’s just a perfect spot. Great pool, good service.

I stayed in this hotel for one night in May 2023. Inside, the hotel looks nice and rooms are quite cozy. There is a large bed and given that I was traveling for business it was important for me to have a big working table. Bathroom was very clean and they have Elemis cosmetics which surprised me - very nice! I rated it four stars only due to the fact that from the outside the hotel looks a bit old and access to the hotel is not very nice to me. It has its own beach and is very well located for calm morning walks. Staff was very polite.

The front desk staff was very nice, professional and helpful. That was about as good as it gets. When I booked the “resort,” I didn’t know I’d be staying in one of their very, very dated apartments on the grounds. The cement stairs down to our building were old, not lit and a bit treacherous when we arrived at night. Our bed felt a bit like lying on a box spring without a mattress. There was no housekeeping service in the three days we were there. And don’t expect towels at the pool. Bring your own with you. If you do choose to book here, request one of the building right near the pool. Those looked like they may have been updated at some point in time.

The owner was very friendly and accommodating. Pool temperature was 25 degrees after 3 days. There was plenty of space for us (8 adults, 6 children - 1 to 11 years). We felt very comfortable. There was nothing missing. The leather seating area on the lowe
