"The hotel is less than five minutes' walk from the train station and the location is very convenient. The service staff was polite and the check-in process was completed quickly.
Although the room is small, the single room still has plenty of space to turn around and is equipped with a bathtub, or you can take a bath in the small bathing area. This price includes breakfast, which is really worth it."

"The room is large, close to the station, and there are places to eat around.
The front desk staff speaks fluent English and there is no problem communicating. The room is quite spacious.
The hotel has bicycles for rent. Cycling is the most convenient way to visit Omi Hachiman, and it is recommended to try. The hotel is very convenient to Hachiman Shrine and Baumkuchen Factory. On a sunny day, it is also very pleasant to go to Azuchi Castle through the fields and villages."

"The front desk staff were kind, the room was a twin, the breakfast was delicious, and I felt it was good value for money. However, the bath faucet didn't close properly, so water dripped out, which was a bit annoying. It would be nice if they changed it to a faucet that could adjust the temperature."

"The environment is quiet, there is Lawson and a supermarket to buy raw fruits and vegetables nearby.  is very close to the attractions Bagua Palace and Baguabo. The facilities are complete, only one room has a wardrobe, I hope to add a hanger in another room.
The pin entering the house was wrong. Fortunately, we arrived in the afternoon and trip.com could help quickly. But the tablet in the house was broken, and I couldn't check in /out. I had to notify the hotel through trip.com. I hope the hotel can handle these contact facilities."

"About eight minutes walk from the tram station, the facilities are well maintained, the health is very good, and the decoration is exquisite. The hotel wine master board will help as much as possible. The only downside is that there will be a little traffic noise. Although it is a business hotel, there are also comfortable places to walk and relax. Overall satisfactory!"

"ビジネスホテルとしては何も問題ないです。禁煙室に宿泊出来て、サービス・消耗品（ヘアブラシが付いてなったです）・朝食もついていて立地も駅に近く値段も近所のホテルより安かったのでよかったです。清掃は行き届いていましたが、建物はやや年数がたっているかなと感じましたので、その分だけわずかですが感覚的な評価を下げさせてもらいました。安く泊まれてよかったと思いました。"

"The hotel is located by the lake, and you can take a free shuttle bus at the north exit of JR Station. You need to make an appointment in advance. The hotel management is in place and the staff is professional, warm and friendly. The room was clean and tidy, the equipment was slightly old, and the lake view outside the window was very charming. Dinner is a near Jiangniu banquet, the ingredients are fresh, rich and delicious, beyond my expectations. The breakfast is also great, with a wide variety of varieties, you can enjoy the lake scenery. The public hot spring bath in the hotel is not big, there is a sauna, I like it very much. In the evening, the guests sing collectively with the small band conductor. Stay away from the hustle and bustle of the city, relax and enjoy a warm and peaceful time here. Very recommended!"

"Hotel location should be the biggest advantage, about five minutes walk from the river Basaka Station. The hotel staff is very professional and welcoming.
The hotel's breakfast is a traditional Japanese rice side dish, simple but the taste is quite satisfactory. Other aspects are standard business hotels, if you are on a business trip, you can choose."
