Good hotel, nice room, bed was really comfortable. Mini bar was a bit poor only one of each item when there are two people in a room. Food was good lots of variety and choice. Snack bar food was great and pizzas were delicious. Drinks and cocktails were a very good standard. Staff are very welcoming, friendly and attentive. Disappointed that there was no courtesy room to get showered and changed, you had to use the spa which was not the best and it was so hot and uncomfortable. I did express my views and the lovely lady at guest relations offered a better solution. Would recommend a stay at this hotel and would return.

It's pretty good. Apart from the old hotel facilities, the other services/food/location are very good.

The hotel is superb! Highly recommended! ! ! ! Location: It is a five-minute walk to the beach. It takes five minutes to walk from the minibus, and it is not on the street and not noisy. Environment: It is a small garden villa hotel with many foreigners. The environment is superb. The center is the swimming pool, and there are a lot of lounge chairs. The whole hotel garden is relatively clean inside and out, and the greenery is also very good, giving people a very chill feeling. Service: Superb! ! ! The front desk lady is super enthusiastic, fluent in English, communication is very smooth, and the introduction is in place. The hotel has buffets, wine bars, and dessert bars to eat as you like! Meals: There are many types of buffets, the taste is more European, and there are many seats without crowding. In short, the experience is great!

The location is super convenient. The beach is just a 5-minute walk from the hotel. It is also the landing point for parachuting and the starting point for the pirate ship. The hotel also provides free drinks at night, and the cocktails are delicious. We booked a package that did not include food and beverages, but the hotel still gave us free breakfast, lunch and dinner, which tasted great.

Let's talk about the disadvantages. Since the hotel has been open for too long, the rooms are very old and the decoration is basically the same as that of four-star hotels in third- and fourth-tier cities in China. The three meals are repeated very frequently, and most of them are high-calorie meals for filling the stomach. In short, I still highly recommend the hotel to everyone. The location is excellent and it is a five-minute walk from the beach. The sea in Fethiye is also famous for its beauty. Keep a calm mind and don't be harsh. Travel is also a practice.

It's old, the service is average, and they urged us to check out before the time is up. I don't understand this.

The service is great

Stayed end of September into October. Weather was lovely. Arrived at hotel to be told they didn't have the type of room available that we had booked and had to stay in another room for the first night. Not a good start as wasted most of the next day back and forth to reception trying to get moved. Eventually we're given a lovely room in block 7 overlooking pool and childrens play area. Was central for main pool and adult only pool which we preferred as was quieter. Room was good size but balcony very small. Always kept clean by the friendly cleaning ladies. On 2nd floor and no lifts. Not a problem for us. Food in buffet restaurant was good and plenty of choice. Good cocktail selection on all inclusive. Did not stay in for entertainment on an evening. Worth a visit to Blue lagoon on the courtesy bus provided by hotel. Location of hotel is ideal. Short walk to main strip, beach, bars and restaurants. Buses to nearby resorts can be picked up a short walk along the beach front.

Fantastic holiday Hotel is clean, room is comfortable, food in excellent with plenty to choose from. All the staff are friendly, can't do enough for you always happy to help. Not naming anyone as I don't want to miss anyone out but everyone we met who works here are so kind and thoughtful in making your holiday special.

The hotel is great it is the 2nd time we’ve been. All the staff are extremely friendly and always go above and beyond to help. The entertainment team are fun and energetic, putting on activities throughout the day. We noticed a big improvement in the restaurant from last time and the snack bar is good if you fancy something different. We love Oludeniz as a town and are looking at coming back next year.

Staying here at the moment, this is our 6th time at this hotel and second time this year. Rooms are a bit dated, but to be refurbished soon. Always kept clean by very hardworking cleaners. Food a bit repetitive, not always as hot as it should be, however always a lot of choice so even the fussy eaters can find something for themselves. Bar staff amazing, especially Ali and Mustafa, at the pool bar. Ali makes the best cocktails. Entertainment team very attentive, not pushy, always trying to get everyone involved in activities. All always happy and smiling. Overall great place and we definitely will be returning in the future. Malgorzata and Andrew

Everything was perfect without exception. Amazing staff, very helpful, always a smile on their faces. Facilities were awesome. Can't wait for next summer. Food was delicious. Entertainment personnel were one of a kind. Don't know what else I can say to describe how great our experience was. Just book it!
