As you pointed out, while our hotel enjoys a very convenient location near both the downtown area and the train station, we regret that we are unable to fully control the noise from the surrounding neighborhood. Additionally, our air conditioning system is centrally managed, which limits the ability to adjust individual room temperatures, and we apologize for any discomfort this may have caused. In the future, we will make greater efforts to carefully adjust the indoor temperature according to the weather and season, and provide items such as blankets or heaters upon request to ensure a more comfortable stay.
