Very nice hotel and close to Oita station. It's only a 500yen taxi to the hotel if you have lots of luggage or about a 15 minute walk. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful , especially Bianca and Nobuhara Miho. The breakfast is also very good and my room was large and comfortable. The information office at Oita station is very good and they speak and understand english.

The room is spacious and comfortable. The hotel has a private parking lot, and a dedicated parking space has been arranged as soon as you arrive, which is very considerate. The hotel's location is very suitable for self-driving tourists.

Hygiene: Very clean. Environment: Very good. There are also children's toiletries and slippers!

It's located about a 12-minute walk from the north exit of Oita Station. We stayed on the 15th floor, overlooking Oita city, Beppu Bay, and the steel company plant. The rooms were spacious enough and there was no noise from the next room, so we were able to relax in peace and quiet. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of dishes, and was a great way to start the day off recharged.

The location was good and I had a comfortable stay. I would like to use it again if I have the opportunity.

The trip to Oita left me with wonderful memories, including the wonderful impression of the Oasis Tower Hotel. Clean and tidy, attentive service, the front desk clerk detailed the route to the parking lot. The Japanese breakfast was rich and impressive. I will stay here again next time I come to Oita.

This hotel has an excellent location and has its own parking lot. It is very convenient whether you drive or take the railway. Staff are very friendly and willing to help. When I left, I found that the rental car failed to start in the parking lot. The hotel staff actively assisted me. I am really grateful! If I come to Oita again in the future, I will definitely stay at this hotel again. I would like to express my sincere thanks again to the many employees who have received and assisted me, especially a man who can speak fluent English. Thank you very much. 

The hotel is in the city center, just a 10-minute walk from Kumamoto Castle. The room is large and clean, and the service is also very good.
