Mercure Nottingham Sherwood Hotel Reviews

Well the hotel is alright, staff are very friendly, location is very good. Spa didn’t seem nice so we wouldn’t go. Our standard room was very small, though cozy. AC wasn’t working, luckily got a heater from the reception. Breakfast was tasty, but raw vegetables were absent (except for slightly cooked tomatoes). It was noisy in the hotel, many people, but everyone was there for the New Year eve. Parking is paid and costs 12 pounds a day - madness!

Fantastic stay. Staff extremely friendly, especially. John and Dominic who work behind the bar. The rooms are fabulous, showers amazing. Would definitely recommend this hotel if you're coming to Nottingham for trip.

We were not satisfied, we asked the staff twice for help, we did not receive it, then I called the reception several times, no one answered, the bathroom did not meet all expectations, the worst hotel I have ever stayed in So far we have been.
