Nice hotel near highway. Relatively clean. The front desk is helpful and friendly. Mostly a good experience. My room is facing the highway, so quite noise.

Good hotel with facilities and clean. May need to improve on soundproofing and shuttle timing. 8am becomes 8.30 with no notice

The room that was purchased wasn’t initially available due to a recent earthquake, which was understandable but then the room that they set us up in instead did not have the proper bed for us as a couple. We had purchased a room with a double bed and were given a room with two twin beds. The shower in our room backed up and flooded the bathroom which required us to contact maintenance at midnight to get that resolved. The front desk seemed annoyed that we asked to get moved to the type of room that was paid for and when they finally did it took them three separate attempts to finally get us the proper room and they questioned why we couldn’t just push two twin beds together. Overall I would never want to go back and would not recommend that people book this hotel. The hotel also asked that we leave a higher rating in order to receive free drinks.

The price is good and close to Don Mueang International Airport. Also, it is close to The Mall Lifestore Ngamwongwan

Good accomodation, the restroom have a bad smell.

Great location, but the room was a bit old and not very clean. Traffic noise was deafening as the hotel located right by major street/intersection.

Nice and modern hotel. Pool was lovely to cool down too! Location is great if you are flying from DMK airport. Not much else around the area except a cool bar called Camp Yard 🤘🏻

The location is very convenient for taxi to pick up the passenger. It's also very well service, we have the refrigerator broken and the repairman come to fix it immediately. Breakfast is really delicious.

Good hotel price/quality excellent

The room was bright and clean. Hotel needs to update TV channels. Front desk receptionists need to smile and welcome customers more.

I do not expect anything much just need a regular place to stay for a night but the room was quite an unexpected journey of mine. Despite all the minor issues I don't mind, there is one problem that I couldn't stand is the leak from air conditioner which i noticed in the morning (air-con leaking when i was sleeping). The position of the leaking go straight to the table which pretty close to TV and the plug pocket where my charger was there all night, it is out of order. Luckily I didn't put my phone or laptop there as well. So do not expect much, just a lousy room or maybe you have a bad luck. I certainly understand they'll do their best to handle the situation.
