We stayed here for just one night, and even that was more than enough. This is not a proper hotel but a residential building where they seem to be selling apartments — there were brochures with prices for rooms all over the elevator and on every floor. The location is somewhat convenient, being close to a private hospital, a mall, a market, and a 7-Eleven. There are also bus stops nearby, which is the only positive I can mention. Upon check-in, we were asked for a 500 baht deposit, or to leave a passport as collateral if we didn’t have the cash. This policy was never mentioned during the booking process, which felt extremely unprofessional and misleading. The staff didn’t speak English at all, and we had to rely on a translation app just to communicate basic things. While the building does have an elevator, the room itself was nothing like the pictures. The worst part of the stay was the fact that there was no glass on the window frame — just a plastic mesh cover, as if the window was wide open. This meant we were fully exposed to the noise from the street all night long: people shouting, cars, airplanes, birds — you name it. Sleeping was nearly impossible. The room also had a strong, unbearable smell of paint, as if something had just been freshly painted, which made it extremely uncomfortable to even stay inside. The mattress was very hard, which may not suit everyone, and the bedding had visible stains, as shown in some of the website pictures. On the positive side, they did provide towels, bottled water, toilet paper, soap, and there was hot water in the bathroom. But none of that makes up for how uncomfortable the experience was. Lastly, the entire street in front of the building smelled awful — it was honestly repulsive and added to the general sense of discomfort. Even for the price, it is not worth it. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Huge disappointment.

Expectation/Reality: the room was actually bigger than I expected. The amenities are limited and the elevator takes you up to the 9th floor, this is fine. Security: Good security, 24/7 reception and good lock and key, the location is pretty safe. Close to the a very good mall, the airport and the MOCA. Hygiene: Not bad, not the best, but the sheet are clean, there is no room service so you have to ask if you want cleaning done, but its otherwise adequate for a few nights. Hospitality: Good, check in and out process was smooth, no issues. Social Atmosphere: None. Overall: Fine for a short stay

Swimming pool is very good but need to cut tree

I visited many countries and hotel, but that was a terrible trip for me, their service and especially their blackmailing way, like i took flight and came to hotel at 8’o click in the morning, they said if i pay 50 baht for an hour then they will allow me to check in now otherwise i will come at 2:00, i wanna sit at reception but they don’t have a reception for their guests only staff are allowed then their behaviour was rude, when i tried to modify my plan they were not willing to refund my remaining amount even trip.com official called them twice then they said they will only allow me if trip.com send then an mail and until that they will not allow me to enter into the room, i checked in 2:40pm, i asked that take some amount like for one room but they said no sir rules are rules even i came 1:34pm for check in but they said 50 baht pay first then now otherwise come at 2:00 then at 2:00 this drama created by them and they took 500baht as a deposit (so called security) that they didn’t mention before. Totally stupid rubbish, will never go here again. Such a bad experience. No amenities like hair dryer, toothpaste, brush , shampoo etc weren’t there

The place is good.

It's a mixed-use resident located outside of Bangkok but not so rural or inconvenient. Prepare a certain amount of cash for the deposit as well when you check in.

It's more like a apartment building rather than a hotel the building is slightly old and the elevator only goes up to the 9th floor so I had to climb up the stairs to reach the 10th floor. However staffs are friendly and they clean the house really well. The mall and pantip is nearby. It's a little difficult to find halal restaurants nearby. Other than that the location is convenient for most things.

Service was good, the rooms are abit run down and the bed was hard but i guess for how cheap it is per night its alright. I would recommend for budget travelers.
