We stayed 3 nights in the hotel. While the location and the privacy met our expectations, the hotel is definitely not a 5*. It hasn’t been renovated for a long time, I almost fell off from the treadmill because it hasn’t been oiled for ages. Food is terrible, my husband and I got food sick during our stay. The food is very low quality and super oily with limited healthy options. Furthermore, it’s crazy overpriced for such low quality. Service was initially good, but regular miscommunications due to the level of English resulted in a painful check-out experience. Additionally they didn’t show interest that we were not happy with the check-out process or the feedback on the food as they didn’t even ask any details at check-out. Such a pity, it could be really a beautiful place.

My Birthday Present got stolen!!! My friends and I stayed here for 2 nights and 3 days (5/12/24 to 5/14/24) to celebrate my birthday. We got 2 villas, my husband and I stayed in #29 and my friends in #30. Everything went perfect; foods, services and the views was remarkable except it is very hotttt they need more A/C. However, everything is ruinned because my Jellycat Keychain got stolen on the night of 13th. It was not really valueable item but I cant stand for stealing. I cant imagine this happening in a 5-Stars Resort. My husband yelled at me and said nobody gonna steal an unvalueable item and he also explained that if someone wanna steal they gonna steal something more valueable such as watch, purse, etc. He calmed me down and we decieded to find it again. After 2 hours searching the villa and we couldnt see it. We contacted Thao (our host) and she could not do anything. She said that their housekeeping have been in this industry for years and this never happen before. So, are they trying to say that we are lying about the keychain which cost only $30??? I know this aint gonna go anywhere or got resolved because they will Never-Ever admit that they steal it. I just wanna leave this review to get others attention and protect your items at all cost. We loved everything about our vila. Every staff, including our butler, Mr. An was so sweet. The activities were very fun and relaxing. The food option was good as well. We would most definitely come back for another stay in the future!

It is the best place where you can come to relax and retreat. I will come there again.

The most comfortable thing was that there was a dedicated butler, and I went on the last day and had a proper rest! Everyone spoke English well, so there was no difficulty in communication.

Friendly and nature-connected resort. Spacious villa, clean, good facilities, ok wifi. Attentive, friendly, hospitable staff. Delicious food despite high prices. The minus point is the beach with large sand grains that hurt your feet, a bit muddy and the water is not clear. The property is well maintained.

Very good, it is recommended to experience the ecology. There is only a boat leaving the island at 11 am. If you arrive at 12 o'clock, you can be taken to the city by car. There are various projects on the island that require a schedule to participate.

The service is very good. Ann, the housekeeper, speaks a little Chinese and is very nice. The yard is very big, and the distance between the room and the next door is also wide, so the privacy is beyond doubt. But the yard gate and the rooms do not have door locks, and I always feel a little less safe when I take the baby out. Secondly, if you want to go out to the beach for the baby to play, this island is not very suitable. There are reefs on the side of the room, the sand is also coarse, and the sea water is deep, which is not easy for children to play. Even the public beach has coarse sand and is not easy to go barefoot. There are free movies and billiards in the beach bar at night. There are many other free activities on the island. Fishing and snorkeling and other activities are charged separately. There are more than 30 rooms on the island, and there is only one restaurant. The cost is naturally not low, but the dishes are okay. In general, the price is still a bit expensive, and it feels more suitable for friends and couples to play. Pearl Island would be more suitable for bringing children

What I liked the most was that no matter what I ordered, it was delicious. It was a little scary because it rained a lot.

The room is very original. The view is very nice. The public area is well maintained. The breakfast is also suitable. It is highly recommended to book outdoor hiking activities. On the other hand, the room facilities are indeed old (it should be noted that some door locks have been deformed and are easy to pinch your hands). The quality control of the spare parts needs to be improved (specifically toothbrushes). Overall, the price is a bit high. I know it is an old property, but it should be better maintained at this price.

The weather was really, really, really hot, so there were no programs to do in the hotel and the restaurant was too hot.. I read reviews on Naver blog and thought it would be hot, but it was so hot that I couldn't do anything. The room service was really slow and the bald restaurant staff was really disappointing in their response. The best part was the view from the lobby restaurant! But it was too hot to enjoy!!! If you're lucky, there's a fan, but if not, it's too hot ㅠㅠ

I arrived by plane early in the morning the day before and stayed one night at Lalia the next day. It was great to have a leisurely rest at Lalia after arriving in Nha Trang and seeing a bit of the city. The accommodation was nice and all the staff were friendly. I recommend riding a bike, fishing, and swimming to your heart's content. The price of food and such is similar to the price in Korea, so I had lunch and dinner and it cost about 130,000 won. I think one night was just fine.

There were no facilities or programs to use. It was great because there were no people and it was private. The personal butler was friendly, but the restaurant staff were really not that great.

Everything is good! If you want to relax in Nha Trang, I highly recommend this place!!!!! It was quiet and I could only hear the sounds of nature, so it was very healing!!! Please bring food in your carrier!! Take it all away when you check in and get it back when you check out!!!!! Be sure to bring ramen in your carry-on!!!!
