I don't know what Ctrip recommends this set in the top ranking. There is no homestay's own breakfast. The soundproofing is very poor, the pillows are very thin, and I didn't sleep well all night. I really can't complain.

服務很好，老闆人也很好，但是建議保潔打掃衞生用點心，床上長頭髮，地板沙子真心不太能接受，垃圾桶真的小，其他設施還是很智能的，家裡也是小度，所以小朋友對智能小度特別滿意，早餐也很豐盛老闆還特意多送了幾份很棒，還有電梯，搬運行李就很方便，老闆還幫忙搬運，服務還是很好的，就是房間衞生希望改進下，床上的頭髮真心不能接受還有地面的灰層

To be honest, it's quite nice to soak in the hot springs. The house is not big and has unlimited water refills. The warmth is good. The toiletries are very soft. However, the sound insulation is too poor. I can hear the people next to me talking clearly, which affects the experience. The air conditioner also makes extra creaking noises at night, which makes it uncomfortable to sleep. To be honest, the rest is OK. After all, Anlan next door costs twice as much... As for the service, I can't say it's bad, but I don't think it's particularly good. If you say that the homestay is warm, the housekeeper did chat with us at night and made milk tea for us to drink. You can feel the good service. The chef also kept asking about our taste and introducing the dishes. But the other service staff are more family-like and stiff... It's a bit like it doesn't reach the standard service of a five-star hotel, and it doesn't have the warm and free feeling of a homestay. It's a very strange feeling.

2025開年的第一次出門就遇到這麼棒的民宿！！！這次在東錢湖邊上民宿真的讓我特別滿意！離停車場很近，韓嶺老街就在隔壁，非常方便！晚上非常安靜、清幽～民宿彷彿隱身在很有古風的舊牆中，裏面裝修很有設計感，還獲評過胡潤光谷中國設計獎，確實很有品位，窗外看出去就是湖景，感覺特別舒服拍照都不用加濾鏡。 房間有地暖和浴缸，廁所空間很大，燈光也適合化粧。房間備品都很有質感。牙刷、牙膏、身體乳、浴鹽、dyson吹風機，很放心地用！ 早餐有中式和西式的選擇，兩種都超讚！！不敢相信早上起床就能吃到這樣的早餐能有多幸福！🥺🥺 最棒的是這裏的服務，工作人員真的超級貼心！晚上會幫忙調酒和飲料送到房間～出來玩這天剛好下雨回酒店褲子濕了還貼心問需不需要烘乾（我不好意思麻煩別人就自己用吹風機吹了）每個家人都大稱讚這裏的服務。從入住到離開，每個人都特別熱情，笑容滿面，感覺像朋友一樣。工作人員姐姐都會耐心解答，還主動推薦了附近好玩的地方和好吃的餐廳，完全不用自己做攻略，省心又靠譜！ 總之，這次入住體驗真的很棒，不管是環境還是服務都無可挑剔，強烈推薦！決定下次再帶朋友來放鬆～
