Hotel is clean. The room is spacious. Front desk is friendly. The staffs greets you when you comes and goes. Price is decent since I'm paying USD. A little more compared in the area. The hotel shows it's age, including the rooms. I booked the King Bed room at around $100 USD a night. But I like it when they give you 4 pillows and 2 are memory foam pillows which I love. Unlimited bottle waters, they are placed everywhere in the hotel for you to grab. The breakfast has a wide variety. If you didn't book breakfast a day ahead it's 100RMB. If you tell them a day ahead that you'll be getting breakfast the next day, it's 50RMB per person. As I recall it was $13 more when I book my room with 2 breakfasts. I would stay here again.

The hotel has a high cost-effectiveness, a good environment, and the hotel front desk service is also very good. Pang Bin and Xiao Wang at the front desk are very enthusiastic and proactive. 😘😘

The environment is quiet and the air is good, and the furniture style and decoration are also very suitable. I hope it will get better and better. I travel a lot on business and stay in a lot of hotels, so I have some sincere suggestions that I hope the store will adopt: 1. Maybe the guests are not just here for tourism, but also for business, so it is definitely not possible to rely solely on ceiling lights. Just adding a small desk lamp with a matching style is enough for office needs without affecting the layout. 2. The hotel rooms are relatively clean and hygienic. But the floor is low and there is a small forest next to it, so bugs are unavoidable, and I understand it very well. Maybe I put some cockroach poison in the guest room when there are no guests? After all, seeing is still not good for the senses. 3. Do you need to add some signage at the intersection outside? The hotel is located relatively deep and cannot be seen from the outside.

Everything is new and clean since it’s a new hotel. The room is extremely spacious so if you’re traveling with someone else, you’re not gojng to bump into each other or bump into the things around you. The breakfast is AMAZING. They serve dimsum, noodles, rice, cakes, and so much more!! They also have a free popcorn machine, a gym, and most importantly, FREE laundry and dryer!! The staff are very friendly as well. The front desk employees are all extremely efficient, and the cleaning ladies are so, so, so kind and attentive. They won’t hesitate to give you free water bottles if you ask for it. The hotel is located near neighborhoods so it’s not noisy at all. It can be a little far from the main city area, but it’s still convenient enough that you won’t have any issues if you have a car or if you take a cab. It’s a great hotel and I’m definitely staying here again the next time I’m back in Ningbo!

Location: Water Street, just across the bridge. The subway exits from Exit A of the Southern Business District, and has been heading towards Water Street. It takes 3～ 5 minutes to walk. The size of the room is OK, the projection TV, and the bathroom is also very good. I need to deposit 300, I don't understand at first. There is a refrigerator in the room, a lot of snacks in the refrigerator, and two computers. It is also necessary from a practical perspective! Overall, it is a good hotel, it is recommended! !

Every time I passed the front desk, Chris greeted me with a warm smile, making me feel very welcome and comfortable. He handled all my requests swiftly, ensuring everything went smoothly during my stay. Not only is Chris efficient, but he also often offered help unprompted, even recommending several local eateries that were excellent choices. Such staff members are invaluable assets to the Hilton Garden Inn, and Chris's outstanding service is a large part of why I would choose to stay here again.

Hotel is new. Room was clean and everything was fine. The only thing I didn’t like was that the bathroom door cannot be closed completely. It is weird why they’ve designed bathrooms like that.

The parent-child room is set, the room is very large, the floor-to-ceiling windows are very bright, the front desk lady is very good at serving, there are only 2 parent-child rooms when there is, the lady asked the room attendant to take it to see the room, the room attendant service attitude is also very good, the room is clean, the decoration style is very like, Simple and refreshing. The breakfast was unexpectedly rich, the restaurant was very clean, much better than some resort hotels.
