Great location. Stayed in about 10+ different hotels in Ningbo area and this one is decent. Rooms are big. You can get plenty of bottled waters from the cleaning cart. The breakfast buffet has plenty of varieties! Probably around 30+ different choices. Congee and wonton soup. Coffee and juice.

A good stay for a short weekend trip to Ningbo. The hotel is relatively new and the amenities are clean and well kept. The hotel offers complimentary soft drinks in the mini fridge and other complimentary items. The hotel room is spacious for a room of two. All in all a good stay.

The signal lighting of arriving lift is not conspicuous from where the passenger stand. One has to step backward to see which lift is arriving. Heated centralised air-conditioning is not suitable for southerner. It dries our nostrils. The best solution is to stay on normal cold setting, we can set 26 or 28°c if one needs the heat.

I came to Ningbo to play and just stayed in this all season. It is newly opened and there is a large parking lot. It is very new all day. The service staff is also very good. The breakfast choice is rich. I will choose here again next time I come to Ningbo!

The environment is very good. The lady at the front desk is also very gentle. She basically responds to all my requests. Hehehe. The decoration of the room is quite nice. The pink color is tender and tender. In addition, I like the large double-door refrigerator in the room. I open it at night when I feel hungry. They are all delicious. We had a wonderful stay at the Hilton Garden Inn Ningbo. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable, making for a relaxing experience. The hotel's location is excellent—convenient for getting around and accessing nearby attractions. The service was also great, with friendly and attentive staff who ensured we had everything we needed. The only area where we were slightly disappointed was the breakfast. There were very few Western options, and much of the food was cold with platters not being replenished quickly. The selection of fruit and general options was quite limited. Additionally, the combination of beef, chicken, and pork sausages made it difficult for us as a Muslim family to find suitable options. While we would definitely consider staying at this hotel again, we might choose to skip the breakfast next time.

The lady at the front desk had a very good service attitude. I asked if it was a child. The answer was two. She prepared two snacks for the child. Welcome fruits are also prepared in the room. Breakfast is only charged if you are above 1.4 meters tall, which is very user-friendly. Will continue to stay next time

As soon as I entered the door, I saw the flower arrangement works full of design. The front desk is on the third floor (the first and second floors are the flower arrangement art museum). The breakfast is a buffet. The type is very rich. There are fresh green plants and flowers around the lobby. It is very elegant and comfortable. The front desk lady is very nice and attentive. Actively ask us if we need freshly cooked noodles and wontons (although it is written on the small blackboard but I didn't pay attention to it in the corner), I will stay again next time I have the opportunity to stay again ～

The location was excellent, the hotel was beautiful; a bit old but the room was large and nice. The staff were super helpful. The room was quite hot but due to standardized heating, we could not change the settings. However the front desk rep found us a nice fan which made us more comfortable. We truly enjoyed our stay!
