Perfect location it's 5 star feeling clean if you are in ningbo this is a best place to stay and easy approaching room have beautiful view

Let me start with the conclusion. It was beyond my expectation. There was no premium for staying during the May Day holiday, which was totally worth it. The location was perfect. It was not in the downtown area so it was very quiet, but there was a shopping mall next to it so it was very convenient. I booked a river view king-size bed room, 45 square meters, with a beautiful river view. The room was clean and comfortable. Now Atour's various services are also good, including the tips (disposable pants/socks, facial masks are all available), and the breakfast is also delicious. I will come again next time

I came to Ningbo on a business trip. My friend recommended this hotel to me. It was very big and comfortable. The quilt and pillow were really comfortable. The breakfast was rich and nutritious, with noodles and wontons that you can mix and match. There was not enough bread. The first picture was from another restaurant. There were fruit salads.

This hotel had some wonderful review which actually led me to book it for the first time . This was my third visit to the property. Based on my experience over the three visit which were rather lengthy this hotel’s target market is predominantly local market . If compared to their international franchise 4 star peers the hotel lacks in many areas. 1. They offer a good spread of buffet breakfast but the assortment is mostly focused on locals guests . The selection seldom changes. 2. The bakery products offered were not fresh . Found to be cold and stale 3. Fresh fruits were found to be mixed with stale ones , not sure if they used the ones from the previous days . 4. House keeping was not the best , often found coffee-tea cups not cleaned or replaced . 5. Requested for in room complimentary coffee instead of tea . They sell coffee pouches at lobby, but instead they ask me to go down and ask for coffee at the lobby. 6. The small gym does not have any sanitiser tissue to clean the equipment before use . 7. At the lobby they have a cafe which is also the office for the hotel management staff. In the evening the area is completely mosquito infested , difficult to sit even for 5 minutes . 8. The hotel turned off the Cookson’s system , inside room temperature went up to 29 degree C. After repeated request they did something but that also did not take the temperature below 24 Degrees. 9. The hotel needs serious consideration about training the lobby staffs . A simple way to explain is their face is curved in stone . No emotion! 10. They need to review their safety protocol, they sent my guest directly to the room without even asking . For many my comments may not matter for some it may . I have spent almost 10 days on my last visit so I can’t ignore those . The best part of the stay was Mary ( forgot to ask her position). I think she’s the manager . She is the ideal face of a hotel . She has been the most pleasant and supportive among all the staffs at the hotel.

地理位置:在離天一閣6公里左右，步行1公里左右有個商圈，有三四家大型商場，總體來説這個位置適合自駕，並且配有酒店專屬免費停車場。 設施：電動窗簾，自動抽水加熱馬桶，機器人連接電視機可以直接看到機器人送餐情況，所有開關非接觸感應，徠芬的電吹風也很給力！ 衞生：衞生不錯，打掃乾淨，保持希爾頓水準 服務：入住當天有第一輪免費mini bar有雪碧可樂各1聽，小罐樂事原味薯片。日常補充茶包和掛耳 4.30開業，5月1日入住，房間有些味道，酒店已經提前開窗，但未配備凈化機，不過開了空調以後不影響入住，散味挺快。訂的3人房其實和普通雙人房一樣，衹不過沙發床拉開，沙發床大小高矮都滿意，和正常床一樣高，1.65的大人睡起來都沒任何問題，沙發床還自帶usb充電！房間大小合適，3大人也不會覺得擁擠，佈局合理！ 早餐屬於優秀水平，有寧波湯糰和米糕，麪湯的澆頭天天換，味道很不錯，蛋糕麪包的選擇也很多！5月1號早餐人非常多，導致前廳都坐滿人，酒店方第二天馬上換成長桌，解決了擁擠問題！處理問題反應極快！態度積極，另外由於我家小朋友起不來吃早飯，酒店還提供打包盒和紙杯，可以打包早飯，這點要給五星好評！人性化！ 訂的3人房寫含2人早餐和前台提出不合理，前台主動提出送一份！好評！單點88元一份。 隔音不是太好，樓上有人奔跑，反應了兩次後才解決。 唯一不滿的是入住時看到有不少客人免費領取了哈根達斯，問了好幾個前台都回答要出錢買，後看點評才知道退房免費送，由於我直接房卡就在房間退房沒有領取。但酒店方在我尋問的時候應該主動告知 總體來説五一這個價格住到這家店，真的性價比非常非常高了，我是提前一天臨時訂的！希望保持這個價位！

The toilet leaked a little when showering. I asked for two pairs of slippers. The front desk lady responded and solved it quickly. She also brought three more bottom mats. The service was very good. It may be that the equipment is a little aging. It is recommended to replace it with a new one. Overall it is still good

I waited a really long time at the front desk to be checked in and was ignored by 3 different staff members. They also missed something with my check in causing another delay. The room decoration is very outdated, there are nicer places to stay nearby for a similar price. The location is good, close to the metro station and near a couple of nice places to eat just a short walk away. Nothing special about it so just for somewhere to crash for the night for a short stopover it's fine.

Great stay! Staff is very polite and service-minded. The breakfast is good as well. Rooms are of decent size as well, recommended!

I have been a fan of Kaiyuan for many years, and I still like to book at Kaiyuan when I go out. The first time I went to this store, the room is very clean and the space is quite large. Prices are generally on the high side during May Day, which is acceptable. The service at the front desk of the hotel is warm and thoughtful. They also gave small snacks when they checked in. Like it. Another thing to remind is that you need to ask the front desk for toiletries when you check in, otherwise you have to send a small robot to deliver them to you, hahaha
