Really liked the hotel, spacious and.super.quiet! Its a bit far off but.there is.a.shopping mall near by. Breakfast was very good, dont know if Id stay again Because of locatiol but if you are staying for park thats a good choice. Near museum and a huge park with plenty of restaurant options!

Hilton Garden Inn has a polite and helpful staff. Hotel is clean, and rooms are nice and clean. However, breakfast is very simple and a person with dietary restrictions, like myself, can stay hungry. Coffee can be better as well. Location is around 7km from the airport, and about the same distance to the city center. I forgot to make any photos.

Staying at the Hilton Garden Inn was an incredibly pleasant experience, particularly thanks to Chris at the front desk. His expertise and problem-solving skills were truly impressive. Every time I passed the front desk, Chris greeted me with a warm smile, making me feel very welcome and comfortable. He handled all my requests swiftly, ensuring everything went smoothly during my stay. Not only is Chris efficient, but he also often offered help unprompted, even recommending several local eateries that were excellent choices. Such staff members are invaluable assets to the Hilton Garden Inn, and Chris's outstanding service is a large part of why I would choose to stay here again.

I encountered a language barrier at the lobby bar. Chris quickly noticed my difficulty and offered his help with translation, going beyond his regular duties. He ensured that both the bartender and I understood each other perfectly, turning a potentially challenging situation into a pleasant experience. His enthusiasm to help made a significant difference, and I am truly grateful for his kind intervention. Chris's willingness to provide exceptional customer service demonstrated why he is such a valuable asset to the hotel. My appreciation for his assistance is matched by my satisfaction with the service at Hilton Garden Inn.

THE GUY NAMED “GARY” HELPED ME A LOT TO DO FAST CHECK IN AND HELPED IN OTHER THINGS AS WELL, I TRAVELLED WITH MY FAMILY SO IT FEELS A GREAT HELP, I WOULD SAY ALL STAFF IS GOOD BUT GARY IS TOO HELPING, THANKS GARY, HOTEL LOCATION IS VERY GOOD, SPECIALLY IF YOU ARE VISITNG ROMAN U PARK, ITS JUST ON WALKING DISTANCE, THE WEAK POINT OF HOTEL IS THAT THERE IS NOTHING FOR FOREIGNER IN BREAKFAST, AS PER PRICE WITH BREAKFAST HOTEL SHOULD KEEP ATLEAST BREAD, BUTTER, JAM, HOT MILK, FEW KIND OF CAKE AND SPECIALLY HOT MILK WHICH IS NORMAL MORNING BREAKFAST NEEDS, I WOULD SUGGEST HOTEL TO ADD ABOVE THINGS IN BREAKFAST, ELSE FOEIGNER SHOULD BOOK WITHOUR BREAKFAST IS BETTER SO OVERALL I GIVE 4 RATING

it was nice place to stay in ningbo , but little far from station however hotel managers warming welcome to ours , so i got a good memory to this hotel , hope to see again

Don’t see much of the hotel. Breakfast was average at best. Service counter takes a long time, usually only 1 person working.  Nice and clean hotel, good size room. Will stay again.

I enjoyed every minute there the hotel was great, clean and the food was great. Amazing loved 👏🏼

Great location. Great view of theme park. Reception can speak English fluently. Bed is not comfortable, i got back pain after wake up. Room is clean and spacious.

Hotel rooms are excellent. Hotel location is not good. Hotel staff don't speak English well. Also breakfast is average.
