The parking lot was spacious and easily accessible from the public road. The room was clean and had plenty of amenities. Breakfast was also delicious. I would like to stay here again.

All the washing machines at the coin laundry were broken. I could have walked 15 minutes to the nearest coin laundry by car, but I gave up because I was on a motorcycle. I wish they would have made requests and lent me bicycles. The front desk staff was very nice, so I would like them to do this as management. Thank you as always.

When you think of a Route Inn Hotel, you think of a substantial breakfast. The breakfast at Niigata Nishi Interchange was a little on the luxurious side, but delicious! Croquettes, fried chicken, large meatballs, and other meat dishes were plentiful! In addition to the standard vegetable salad, bread, rice, miso soup, and more, they even had mapo tofu!
