Friendly and helpful staff. Hearty complimentary breakfast. Would be better if bottle of water were offered in the room.

Affordable and clean

Excellent location, near several means of transportation. Free tea and coffee service with a nice reading relaxing area. Nice breakfast included. Very friendly staff.

Wonderful stay. Breakfast was good. Plenty of different drinks like smoothies, coffee/tea and milk. Service from the gentleman handling international guests was welcoming, helpful and friendly. However I do find the staff at the check in counters very stern looking who do not smile and are generally unfriendly .

Good breakfast, value for money!

It is very close to Niigata JR Station. The books in the lobby on the first floor are of high quality. Breakfast is still being replenished at 9:20. Except for the elevator, which was faulty and only one was available, everything else was satisfactory. This is one of the few hotels that cleans every day.

I give it full marks for the price. I have stayed in the same brand many times. It has self-service check-in and check-out and is close to the station. There are fewer breakfast varieties, but it is already very good, after all, at this price.

It was conveniently located near the station! I went by car, and it was great to be able to park right next to it for 1,100 yen for one night. There were only a limited number of spaces, so it was first come, first served. The floor of the unit bath was dirty...there was hair on it and it looked like bath salts had been left behind... Breakfast was simple, but included, and I think it was very good value for the price.

The hotel is only 5 minutes away from the train station, which is very convenient for travel. The facilities are complete, the hygiene work is done well, the service is very considerate, and the buffet breakfast dishes are rich and nutritious. It is worthy of being a comfortable hotel.
