The day shift staff speaks English and they are friendly. The hotel view is nice. The shower cap water pressure can be stronger. It is a short 10 mins walk to Port Limypia tram station. There is a carrefour supermarket across the street. It is next to IBIS Hotel. There are cafes nearby. Good for dinner or drinks with friends.

Location is good. Has private parking (20 euros)/night. Room and bathroom is tiny… breakfast is simple. However close to old district and considering the location, overall is good.

Very nice location, close to tram and 15min by walk to the beach. So many close restaurants nearby. Breakfast is the same everyday, yes, but its satisfying and delicious. I would recommend this place for those without kids, room is not very spacious.

Nice choice for those looking for a central location without extra expenses. A lot of great restaurants nearby. The rooms are small but wisely planned and modern. The staff is friendly and attentive. Breakfast offers basic choices, but the cafe itself serves nice selection of beers during the day.

The hotel has cool decorations and hotel staff are nice. The room was clean and was very standard. Not extraordinary but certainly not bad. Also very close to the beach

I would highly recommend Hotel du Pin in Nice. The location is great, everything is in walking distance. Lots of restaurants and bars surrounded by. The staff were nice and helpful. Room was clean and new. Nothing that I didn’t like about this place. I really like this hotel. Reasonable price even in super high season, unfortunately that I would extend my stay but it’s fully booked.

I recommend this hotel without hesitation, very well located. Attentive staff. We also appreciate the breakfast.

Advantages: Convenient transportation, trains, buses to nearby towns, and trams to the airport are all very close. Breakfast is a French buffet. There is a capsule coffee machine in the room. Disadvantages: The room is a bit small, there is no kettle, and there is a bar downstairs that is quite noisy. In short, the price-performance ratio is relatively high, I recommend this one!

Great location! Quiet, close to the beach and port. It's a maximum of 5 minutes walk from the metro. There are many different restaurants and shops nearby. Breakfast is very tasty, the staff is polite and caring.
