Very basic hotel with good location, but the furniture is quite old, no ac, and the staff are nice

Great location, lively district near the Promenade. Easy to get the property from Airport and easy to get around city. Supermarket just around tge corner. Clean room. It can be little bit noisy in the night, but ok.

The front desk staff were very kind and helped me with recommendations for restaurants. The location is excellent, close to the beach and the restaurant street with lots of terrace seating. The building was not new, but it was well-cleaned and I had a comfortable stay. The breakfast I had at the restaurant on the 5th floor while feeling the breeze of Nice was amazing.

The location of the hotel is amazing, 5 minutes to the beach and promenade. Breakfasts are simple and tasty, the necessary minimum is there. The rooms themselves are a little shabby, but quite spacious. There is everything except for the sockets next to the bed, this was a significant inconvenience

It's a good location, just a few minutes walk from the tram station from the airport, and just a few minutes from the beach. Check-in is at 3pm, but we arrived before 12pm and were allowed to check in right away. Because of this, the amenities weren't ready, but we called and they were ready right away. Even when we offered to give a tip to the staff, they didn't smile and didn't accept it, and were very friendly. There are many restaurants and a supermarket near the hotel, so we could buy desserts after meals and alcohol we didn't have enough to drink. There was also a terrace with a nice view of the square in front of the sea. The breakfast was filling and very delicious.

The location of the hotel is very satisfactory. Turn left and walk for 3 minutes to see the sea and sky. Cleanliness (I found unknown black spots on the bed sheet after checking in, and I communicated with the front desk downstairs and they changed it for me in time) It's just my personal experience and a reference if needed. You can have breakfast in the hotel, including coffee, bread, eggs, etc.

The room was big and clean. The location was easy to find near some bars and restaurants, but the soundproofing was good and it wasn't noisy. It was just a three-way intersection, and I couldn't find it at first. The breakfast was rich and varied. The restaurant had a nice view too.
