Sitting here at night to look at the center of Nice and feel the breeze is quite comfortable. The room is a little small. The house near the road is noisy at night, and light sleepers are easily woken up.

The room is small but the cleaning staff cleans it very well every time. I have to ask the front desk staff, a black man, who is very gentleman, with clear explanations and good attitude. One day, the water in my shower area was blocked. I found another female front desk and it was fixed when I came back. Their overall feeling to me is that the hotel is not big, but the staff are very professional and polite. Let's talk about the location. This hotel is about 5 minutes away from the train station. It is just downstairs from the No. 1 light rail. The transportation is convenient. Compared with the price, the price-performance ratio is good. However, there is no kettle in the room, which is not friendly to Asian tourists. There is a shared kettle in the breakfast area on the first floor, which is not very convenient.

The room is big, the price is reasonable, and the location is good, right next to the train station. If you don't want to live in the old town, it's a good choice

It is recommended to stay on the 5th floor, which has a balcony. Other floors are divided. It is next to the train station and there is a car rental company. It is a busy street and convenient to the supermarket. Walk to the British Avenue and 15 minutes to the beach.

While staying there, there was no hot water for showering late at night. Who can stand this? 😅 The solution provided by the hotel was to move to another hotel and give breakfast. I stayed in central France for three weeks, and adding people to the room just meant adding a city tax. This hotel does not allow adding people. They say it is an upgrade of the room type. One more person costs 35 euros. The room is upgraded at all. It is still the same size as the original room. The room is very small, no matter it is a king room or a club room, it is only about 10 square meters. The king room is just an excuse to charge more. Disposable slippers are provided, the room is fairly clean, and the toiletries provided are two-in-one shower gel and shampoo, which are very difficult to use. The only advantage is that it is close to the train station.

There was no hot water in the room on the second night. When the hotel front desk informed us, they just said there was no hot water, no apology, no solution, and no mention of it when we checked out the next day. After transferring to Ctrip customer service for negotiation, there was no response. It has been 3 days since Ctrip customer service negotiated with the hotel. The hotel replied that the manager was not at work and could not give a solution. Later, they said that the manager could not respond during the holiday, so there was no solution for this matter at present. Objective evaluation: The room was clean and sanitary, and the environment was good, but the attitude of solving the problem was problematic, which affected the check-in experience and was disappointing.

The hotel has cucumber ice water which is delicious and the service staff are nice. There is a microwave and free ice water, ice, coffee and chocolate. The room was clean and comfortable. Great value for money for similar hotels in Nice.

Because the hotel's elevator was broken, I was exempted from the 30 euro parking fee, which was nice.
