Ramada by Wyndham Niagara Falls by the River Reviews

I recently stayed at the Ramada by Wyndham Niagara Falls Hotel and had a pleasant experience overall. The location is convenient—just an 8-minute walk from the station and a 7-minute drive to downtown and the Falls. The room was spacious but quite dated, with older cabinets, carpets, towels, and common areas like the lobby and elevators. However, the hotel was clean, which made up for the aging facilities. The room had a coffee machine, but there was no water kettle, bottled water, toothbrush, toothpaste and slippers provided. The reception staff were polite and friendly, making check-in and check-out smooth. The room rate was very affordable, and it included a buffet breakfast with hot food, which was a nice bonus. Overall, despite the dated appearance, the value for money and cleanliness make it a solid option for budget-conscious travelers. No major complaints.

Excellent location; 3 minutes drive to the Falls. Great value for the price. Very good breakfast. The fact that the front entrance to the reception is already locked was kind of weird. All the hotels I have visited, the front entrance is always accessible. You us the hotel room keys if you use other entrances. Then there is a notice on the room key pouch to always secure the door with the deadbolt; keep valuable secure… This alerted me to the fact that the area may not be 100% safe. However, this apprehension was removed, when we checked out and my wife forgot her hand bag with wallet and family passports in it. One of the house keepers came running and found us still putting our stuff in the vehicle to alert us that we forgot the bag on the table. My wife went back to pick it up. A plus for that housekeeper. The night receptionist, however, has a cold presence. She addresses people as if she is not engaged with their presence. Overall, the service is very good. Great value for the buck; I will recommend it to those who want to visit Niagara Falls.

The place is nice and breakfast is amazing . Right now they’re doing renovation and they start early morning all day long including week end very noisy . It says river view but you can’t see the water at all

The room was spacious and clean. In addition, there was a surprise for free breakfast daily. The food was delicious and the restaurant staff was helpful. Value for money.

Great building. Rooms needs to be cleaner. Great breakfast. Nice front desk. Deposit and resort fees are a bit worrying. Fresh air, open windows would be nice.

It was very clean and the service was beyond my expectations. The only problem was that the heater was very loud.

Service was good , but faced some problems with the wifi connection.

Didn't think it was appropriate to be charged for parking. Or charged for facility use when we didn't even use it just a money grab for the motel

Perhaps because I had informed them that I would be arriving early, I was able to check in around 12 o'clock. It's quite a walk to Niagara Falls, so I recommend using the WEGO unlimited rides pass. The breakfast was plentiful and very satisfying! However, the walls between the rooms are thin, so if the person next to you is noisy, it can be quite a nuisance. It was noisy until late at night, so I was disappointed that I couldn't sleep.

As a global chain hotel, the price in Niagara Falls is much cheaper than Marriott, Sheraton, Hilton and other hotels. Although the hotel is a 10-minute drive from the Great Falls, it is still a great value for friends who drive by themselves. We booked a queen room with two large beds, which is more than 30 square meters. Each room has cable TV and a work desk. A coffee machine and ironing facilities are also provided. The rooms are clean and hygienic, and it is very comfortable to sleep at night. The hotel also has an indoor swimming pool, gym and business center. The hotel is located opposite the "White Water Walk" attraction in the Grand Canyon. It is only 2.5 kilometers away from Niagara Falls, Niagara Cruises, and Niagara Falls. It is only a 5-minute walk to the Niagara Railway Station, which is very convenient.

The hotel service is very good, especially the waterfall view room, which is super comfortable. The location is convenient and the room is comfortable. Next time I go to the waterfall, I will continue to book it.
