衝著酒店名字上的IHG訂的，位置離瀑布景區走路十幾分鐘不算遠，酒店在路邊有點小吵，房間大小可以有個小陽台。入住時刷卡250美金按金，離店一個月都不退，聯繫攜程客服酒店方堅稱已退，提供銀行通知訊息也還是依舊，實在無語啦😓 第一次遇到這麼離譜的，一直不release客人按金不懂是什麼操作？ 提醒了還不退就不像是無意所為了。 完全不像是IHG旗下酒店的風格！
