Very good

It was a nice trip at this 5 star hotel, Nha Trang Horizon.

I booked it because of an extra night that came up outside of the plan, the receptionist was friendly and handled it quickly. The room was ok for the price, the location was ok too. Except for one thing, the air conditioner wasn't very cold, I called the staff to check but no one came up.

I don't recommend it for a vacation. You can stay for a few days, enjoy the view and take a break from the city sounds of karaoke (it happens here too, but much less often). The view from the room, restaurant and pool is excellent. There are almost never people in the pool. We saw cockroaches once at breakfast and twice in the room.

The ocean view from the room was so pretty and wonderful, the staff was friendly, and I liked the breakfast too~

The sea view suite is very good. The large bay window has a good view and a large room.

Ksan Far from the center, far from the old night market, thought it was a failure but it's okay. Quiet, beautiful sea view :) Not near the beach!

Environment: On the coast, there is a fine sand shipwreck nearby, a very good tourist spot.

Doesn't deserve five stars. Very few elevators. Even if the room is not fully occupied, you have to wait for the elevator for half an hour. This is unacceptable.

The location, cleanliness, and service are good, but there are not enough staff during breakfast, and it would be nice if there was an English phrase to "stand in one line" or a phrase for each country when serving eggs. The plates will be served tomorrow..... The person in line feels like an *****. It would be great if the officials provided training during employee meetings.~~ And I hope the employees laughed a little^^

Yes, it’s a bit far from the city center, but the scenery is great! ~Very suitable for those who cultivate their mind and nature and create!
