I stayed in this hotel for 4 days. First in a superior room, and then in a room without a window. The room area is smaller than advertised. Wi-Fi almost doesn't work. The receptionist couldn't help me figure out the safe combination lock. She wrote through a translator that she didn't know how to do it. She gave me a key to the safe, which I had to carry with me, which is inconvenient. The rooms are clean, the linen is white, clean

The rooms and equipment are all very new and good. My family came with 5 cars but the hotel still arranged enough parking during the busy holiday season, and the room price was very ok. Location is good, few minute walking to the beach. My family will definitely come back when they come to Nha Trang. Thank you to the hotel and staff for a very good experience!
