Hotel is nice and very beautiful near ocean little far from city center but this location also nice the elevator always busy , Services ok ok , when I beachside there no white provide they towel other all well ….

It was absolutely amazing! The staff are so friendly and helpful. On our way out, the manager herself actually helped us carry out our luggages😍😍.  I think the only thing is the pool is too deep… I cant swim so I couldnt really enjoy it…

Perfect bathtub experience

Choose the Pacific Room if you like to watch the sunrise from the comfort of your bathtub on the balcony! The views were stunning! The staff were kind, attentive and professional. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious in an area with sea views. Location was great - only a short distance from downtown but significantly quieter. Highly recommended!

Good service for the price,has a private beach and their amenities are clean great view of both the ocean.

Good location, rooms, facilities and service

A good hotel for a couple of nights. There is no beach nearby, but they take you there and there is a small pool in the hotel, they also provide one free visit to the common sauna (steam room and hamam). Delicious breakfasts are provided in the panoramic room. Across the road there is a promenade along the sea, and also a path to the mountain nearby.

The sea view triple room booked by three people is right next to the beach. The scenery is great. Thank you very much Jessi & Ngan for taking care of us! There is also a spa and an infinity pool. The environment is super good and the breakfast is also very good!

The hotel tries to save on everything. The corridors and elevators are terribly stuffy and smell bad, the air conditioning is turned on for a short period of time every few hours. In general, the entire ventilation and air conditioning system requires maintenance. An unpleasant smell also appears in the rooms when using air conditioners. On the first day, we got a room with a window that goes through all the floors. This window is mounted in such a way that there are gaps in your room into the rooms below and above. Through them, you will hear everything that is happening in your neighbors' rooms, and also see the light from other rooms in the evenings. We asked the staff to move us, there were no available rooms, they gave us a room the next day. On the second day, we were checked into a room with a faulty shower. It was installed incorrectly - water was pouring into the ceiling and throughout the entire bathroom. We spent half an hour explaining at the reception that this should not be so, when they finally agreed to call a technician - he fixed everything in 5 minutes. On the third day, the music in the rooftop club was turned up several times louder than usual and the entire hotel was listening to it until 3 a.m. There was no reaction to requests to the staff to turn down the music, they said it was not loud. Also that night, I met several staggering waiters in the elevator with an unpleasant smell of drunk alcohol. On the fourth day, we found a large cockroach in the room.

Excellent breakfasts and service. The view from the pool is gorgeous, but the water is very cold, the sun does not reach the pool after 12 o'clock. Almost no one swims in it (it's a plus or a minus - you decide) Worth visiting if you want to visit the northern part of the city.

The hotel is not bad, there is a massage, a swimming pool, and the best thing is that you can steam sauna. There is a seafood restaurant on the left outside the hotel. The taste is good and the price is cheap. It is also worth recommending

The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. 2 minutes to the beach by transfer. Great pool and view from the window. There is a bar on the roof, where music plays until 2 am, so that it does not disturb - ask for a room up to the 20th floor.
