My favorite hotel is TTC Hotel. Every time I travel in Nha Trang, my family and I stay at this hotel. The space here is designed in harmony with nature. There are single-bed rooms and two-bed rooms. We would usually stay in a twin room. Each room type will have different unique designs. The hotel has very good customer service. When there is a problem we only need to use the landline phone to contact the staff. The feeling of bathing while looking at the peaceful space is very wonderful. I really like this hotel. If I come back to Nha Trang I will definitely stay here again.

It‘s a great place to live in during my trip. For the reception crew there are very kind and gave me a lot of advice, helped me send massage to local people, etc… Also we have some cross-culture communication, like I’ve learnt to say ‘thank you’ in Vietnamese and some tips to mix with local citizens. Except for above, me and my parents all feel great about the hotel environment, where is near the river and could enjoy our breakfast in the breeze. The swimming pool is clean and I really like to take a dip in it. The last night of my staying, I enjoyed the movie Frozen II, which was English subtitle and Vietnamese voice. That was a fresh experience for me hhhhh. Stayed here for 23 nights. The hotel is clean, the staff are friendly and helpful. I didn't see their bad attitude and use their native language to say bad things about customers at busy times although I saw the crowd are so noise when check in. Really comfortable with their service. The price is a good deal compared to other hotels and their service.

We booked a family room with a sea view. Is a connecting room with one twin room & one king room. Air conditioning in both rooms are warm/hot and not cooling, and one of our toilets has a bad scent, the water temperature is not stable (suddenly switch to super hot mode), and there’s an issue with floor drain as well. Please remember to check if they provide two bottles of mineral water in the room because they charged us when they only provided one bottle on the first day (our mistake for not checking as well). In terms of location, it's about a 5-10 minute drive to Nha Trang center, and there are a few local restaurants and mini-markets around, which is very convenient. The receptionist is friendly and helpful.

The Gran Melia hotel was absolutely amazing the quality of everything, the service is the best you will find anywhere. The breakfast was very special with lots of quality food to choose from the service in the breakfast was outstanding. The room and facilities were very special double sink free standing bath beautiful bedding and towels and the turn down service was great too. We used the gym every day and it was basically brand new equipment and well air conditioned to make it better We can’t wait to return to see the development of the complex and experience this special treatment again from the team at Gran Melia

Summary: a perfect stay leading me to extend my 10 days sojourn in Nha Trang by ... a full month. From staff to the room and the facilities as well as the location an amazing experience. Hotel is new, not far from downtown, one block from the beach and... quiet 🙏🏻💜 So from the reception to the house cleaning and technical staff, the service is all about perfection. Good English spoken at the reception, the restaurant and the facilities (beautiful swimming pool and great gym) which eases communication a lot. Sweet price and great infrastructure, i.e. very good noise insulation, silent air conditioning system. Large and airy room (super comfy double bed). Noise sensitive person here and truth is that I really do not suffer. Doors not slamming (despite fully booked hotel at times...many groups). Nice bathroom, great shower. I got a room with view on the sea which is obviously more enjoyable than city views. Very good breakfast (6 to 10AM). Early is better, before the groups starts occupying the space 😉. Amazing attention and care from Mrs Trong, the supervisor as well as from the F&B manager, Mr Tung (?). Welcoming. Striving to provide the best customer experience possible for a wonderful start of the day. Delicate attention. Doing their best to accomodate guests potential food constraints (diabetes type 2 in my case 😭). Good variety at the buffet. I only wish there were more diabetic friendly food options (same for gluten free food). As mentioned above, the swimming pool and gym are really top. Not many people use the gym but it is large with many options to choose from. Location wise I love it. It is one block from the beach which makes it quiet. Plenty of food options immediately around as well as shopping. Great WinMart just a 5 to 10 minutes walk away. 20 minutes easy walk to downtown with plenty of restaurants (I personally love those all inclusive seafood & grill buffet for 200 to 300K , Mr Mộc is just a 15 minutes walk away). I am planning my next trips for 2025 (privilege of a retiree 😄) and Nha Trang Sea Soul is already part of it. I love the place, the wonderful staff and that beautiful coastal city and region. I was in Phu Quoc 2 weeks ago but Nha Trang is sooooo much better. In all regards. @all staff who made this experience possible: thank you all so much 🙏🏻❤️
