Cozy, staff are nice and friendly.

Great location, only 4 minutes walk from the train station. The room is large and well-equipped, and the windows are large to see the scenery. The only downside is that the mattress is hard for me and the sheets are not very neat. Also there are no tissues provided in the room. For the price, I think it's great value for money and have nothing to complain about.

The people of Newcastle are tough. Every night there are sounds of ambulances and police cars. The windows are not soundproofed, but it is very clean here.

The apartment hotel is really great...it has air conditioning and heating! However, the heating should not be turned on too high, maybe 24, otherwise the bathroom floor will burn. There are all the kitchen utensils you can think of, but the knife is a bit too dull and very difficult to cut. The refrigerator is very big and the freezer is awesome. I have stayed there.
