The location is quite good. Lobby has 24-hour hot water, which is very convenient. There are also green apples to eat. The breakfast is cheap and tastes good. It is very convenient. It is located in the city center and may be noisy at night. The air conditioner is like this in the United States. It can't heat up. It's hard to deal with extremely cold weather.

The hotel was very clean and the staff was super friendly. Our room was very spacious and we had a great view of the Empire State Building! Times Square was about a 20-minute walk away. There were lots of food, transportation and shopping options around the hotel. We really liked it and it was ideal for exploring New York.

Karim and Ivana were very helpful in our needs during our breakfast. They are very friendly too. The Tall Chinese girl at the front desk was very helpfulas well (i did not get her name) Our stay was pleasant and definitely we will come back 🥰

Didn’t have much expectation to hotels in downtown manhattan but the hotel ends up giving a positive impression to us. It is near Time Square and some other tourist spots. Most of the the time hotel is busy but the staff will still accommodate you whenever you need help. Cleanliness is also out of our expectations which is really up to a 4-star hotel standard.
