Hyatt Place Hotels in New York

Highly recommend this hotel with great location which is 5 mins away from subway,train and bus station. Tons of yummy food around and just walking distance away. Clean room and nice customer service.Better free breakfast than other hotels nearby. It is a good choice to stay definetly.

The room is of a suitable size, but the facilities are simple. The shower water is under pressure, and breakfast can only be eaten abroad. The key is that the room extension fee is 150 US dollars, but it becomes 300 US dollars per night when checking out! Very unfriendly to Chinese people, indifferent and cold, unable to communicate! In addition to the good location, the price is also high! It can only be regarded as a fast hotel

Didn’t have much expectation to hotels in downtown manhattan but the hotel ends up giving a positive impression to us. It is near Time Square and some other tourist spots. Most of the the time hotel is busy but the staff will still accommodate you whenever you need help. Cleanliness is also out of our expectations which is really up to a 4-star hotel standard.

Bright and clean. Checked in very late, the service staff explained clearly and was very warm, it felt very relaxing. Spring is a season of warm weather and blooming flowers, and it feels extra comfortable. In addition, this room is very suitable for the elderly

This hotel is very good. I would recommend it to all. Firstly the location is very useful. Since it’s in the middle it’s not too far from any of the attractions that you’ll go and see while in New York. It’s close to subway stations, 6 mins walking depending on which line you want to use. the breakfast is good, options are plenty, seating area is plenty. Hotel staff are very helpful, kind. I enjoyed my stay here and would for sure recommend it.
