Location:
The location is excellent — right in the heart of the Financial District. Super convenient if you're looking to explore lower Manhattan or have business nearby.
Facilities:
Facilities are quite basic. Don’t expect much beyond the essentials — the room only came with shower gel and shampoo. No frills, no extras.
Service:
Service leaves much to be desired. On two occasions, my room wasn’t made until around 6pm — despite me being out from 8am. It was frustrating to come back after a full day and have to wait in the lobby while housekeeping did their rounds. There’s definitely room for improvement when it comes to consistency and timing in room servicing.
Front Desk:
Hit or miss. Service ranged from great to below average depending on who was working. The standout was the gentleman who checked us in during the night — polite, efficient, and welcoming. Others... not quite the same experience.
Overall:
Great location, but very limited amenities and inconsistent service. Would only recommend if you're prioritizing location over comfort and service.

The room was very small, you could lie down and sleep right after entering the room. The bathroom was very small. The point is that the room we were given was different from the one we booked on Ctrip. The front desk said it was fully booked. I didn't want to waste time communicating with the platform.
