The location of the hotel is very good, convenient, and the price is OK. It's not bad for a short stay for a few days after leaving the rental.

Pathetic room size, claustrophobic totally.
Small rooms and they charge you thefty value. Poor wifi, hardly connects and hotel doesn’t bother even after complaining.

See all of the Parkgwi Bole sizes by size... It's cramped and dirty. And you can listen to the sound of garbage trucks collecting garbage in surround until 3 or 4 in the morning, and you can also listen to the sound of fighting while pounding. But when I moved it to another place, it wasn't like this.. Everything except the location.. The location is good, but it's noisy until late.

On my travels to NYC I almost always stay at the WJH, even though the rooms are sometimes small, they are always very clean and cozy, the staff is kind, listening and always ready to help. One of the important reasons to stay in this hotel chain is the walking tours around the neighborhood,I learn a lot about NYC, things and curiosities that are not found in travel guides. Another good thing is that the JFK train arrives at the corner and the Japanese restaurant next door is a must.

Great neighborhood location, with many great Hell’s Kitchen dining options nearby. Close enough to theaters/Times Square to walk, but removed from the congestion. Definitely sign up for one (or more) of the Streetwise NY walking tours, offered at no cost for guests of Triumph Hotels. We really enjoyed our tour with Andrew (Times Square/Rockefeller Center). This offering, along with neighborhood location, cleanliness, staff friendliness/helpfulness, boutique vibe, are all reasons we would recommend the WJ to friends and family.
