The location of the hotel is very good. All major attractions are within walking distance. There are many eateries and restaurants nearby.
The hotel is new, the rooms are small. If you come for work or need to spend the night, ok. For family travelers with children, it is better to choose another hotel.
As for breakfast, this is a separate issue; the room, and this is the lobby, cannot accommodate all residents. So people had to wait. On the second day we ran out of sausages (apparently there was nothing else), the coffee machine broke down and we ran out of disposable forks. Nothing was decided within a day. The staff couldn't even resolve the issue with the forks. Overall the hotel is good, but not ready to be completely full.

The room was tiny and the bed sheets and pillows smelled like dirty hair. They could use somw bleach. I asked the front desk for an extra blanket but never received it.

Check in was quick. We were on the first floor and it was so loud at night -- the lobby worker had friends visiting whose voices echoed in the lobby until midnight. In the morning, the beeping of the waffle maker in the breakfast area was loud, even from the tin with the door closed. There were hairs on the bathroom and bed that were clearly not ours as they were not our hair type. The bathroom was so cramped that you cannot open the door fully because it hits the toilet. There was noise very loud in our room from what I think was hotel workers moving things. However, the price was low, the location was great, and it didn't feel unsafe. You get what you pay for, and it fulfilled our basic needs for a one night stay in the city.

We stayed at this hotel for one night from September 14 to 15. A day after checking out we received a charge on our CC for $100 for a broken toilet seat. We contacted the hotel for more information, but were never able to have management respond to us. The fact is, that there was no broken toilet seat when we checked out of the room. Unfortunately, it is never possible to have someone from the front desk come to your room at checkout, which means that you are at the mercy of the hotel with such charges. Our CC company was not able to help resolve it.

Good location and decent hotel. However be aware that they will place large pending charges on your card that will remain on your account fir a long time after you check out. A bit dodgy to be honest. Very difficult to contact the hotel as there is no email.

Room was 10 feet from front desk and breakfast area, basically in the lobby. No effort was made by staff to keep noise out conversations low, could hear conversations people eating and laughing, and doors banging. Location was good. Changed hotels
