The entrance on the first floor was boarded up with plywood and locked, the hotel was closed and I couldn't stay. I should get a full refund.

I have been to this hotel twice now. The first time there were mites in the beds and walls, I think there were even fleas, and cockroaches too. There is a general bad smell from the lack of ventilation in the space. This time they fixed the bathrooms a bit, and I went back because it was an emergency and there were more mites than before, more cockroaches and more fleas. They should disinfect, paint and ventilate, put another type of partition (curtains) in the showers and scrub the floors better.

24-hour service, very good location, right in Chinatown, convenient to everywhere. The room is the smallest hotel room I have ever stayed in, less than the size of two single beds. There was only a towel blanket on the bed, and I was shivering at night, so I took out all my clothes and put them on. The toilet and bathroom are outside, also very small. There is no toilet paper in the toilet. This is the first time I have encountered a toilet without toilet paper in the United States. But considering the location, the price/performance ratio is good
