Location is great! Halfway during our stay, they had construction work going on right outside our room. They did not offer an apology or notice. Instead we had to go down and ask for a change of room and we were upgraded.

Hotel is old and under renovation,  quite noisy , staff not v helpful. Rooms is small.

The hotel location is amazing, the staff were friendly and helpful. Clean.

Check-in was smooth. The location was close to Times Square
