Lovely staff, great rooms. Good breakfast. Staff so helpful. Excellent house keeping. Rooms perfect everyday with clean towels. Tea, coffee facilities in rooms with fridge and safe! Was lovely to stay there. Would recommend 💯

Didn’t have much expectation to hotels in downtown manhattan but the hotel ends up giving a positive impression to us. It is near Time Square and some other tourist spots. Most of the the time hotel is busy but the staff will still accommodate you whenever you need help. Cleanliness is also out of our expectations which is really up to a 4-star hotel standard.

I traveled for work. I had a smooth seamless check in. I liked location, and lots of food options. The room was clean and comfortable. Thank you

mid hotel. wifi kept disconnecting, crowded and very bad breakfast

Everything was perfect except two things. (1) it’s an insult for the guest who go to a breakfast place. No more choices and you have to stand in a line all the time for a breakfast. It was like beggars are lining for a free food. And elevator was suck. You need to wait for a very long time to get one. If you can handle this all things then enjoy your stay. Rest all are fine. Staff were very generous.

The room was larger than the pictures and was comfortable. It was cold in February, but the heating worked well and we were able to stay very warm.

Well located hotel, clean and close to Times Square. Subway a few steps away. Room a little small for 4 but that's what we had booked. I recommend

The room is very small. The hotel is not friendly to solo female travelers. The door block of the room was removed, which is very dangerous. ⚠️ The room near the elevator is very noisy. The breakfast flow is very poor, it is inconvenient to pick up the food, and the queue is very long.

In Times Square, where every inch of land is worth a lot of money, this hotel is in a very good location, close to the station and Times Square. The hotel room rate includes breakfast. There are also many restaurants around. It is very convenient. There are many homeless black people around, just be careful. Overall, it is safe.

Excellent location! It's safe to go shopping at night. Breakfast is a typical white breakfast, just eat enough. There are fresh fruits. Yogurt is also good. The hotel can store luggage. The attitude of the waiter is average.

It was clean and I was very satisfied. There are other cheaper hotels, but with this level of cleanliness I would have been very satisfied with a stay even at a slightly more expensive hotel. The amenities are minimal so I recommend bringing your own with you. Also, although you can walk to Times Square, it's a bit far to go there every day, so I think a location a little more central would be better. Breakfast is free, and even though it's free the menu was very satisfying.

This hotel is the worst among the four-star hotels I have ever stayed in. The service can be said to be star-less! When checking in, it is not explained whether there are any additional charges. There are no signs of charges in the room and no notice of mini bar charges. After leaving the hotel, the credit card with the pre-authorized deposit was suddenly deducted! When leaving the hotel, the front desk did not inform that there were additional charges to be paid and the amount, and there was no list to confirm. This behavior of unauthorized deductions can be said to be a manifestation of the self-righteousness and disrespect for customers that many Americans and American hotels have! The breakfast service provided during the stay in the hotel can be said to be extremely poor! Every morning, it seems like a war to rush to line up and wait for meals. At the same time, the hotel does not provide tray meal service. Each time, the long line of 5-10 minutes can only take the limited meals that can be held by two hands! Then line up again! After a round of queuing, it has been less than half an hour to get the late breakfast! The elevator is also very slow! In the morning, there is basically no luxury to take the elevator downstairs! The same is true for going upstairs! The room cleaning only replaces hotel supplies and does not clean the room! Don't expect to vacuum the carpet! Dust is flying everywhere! When it rained, the front desk didn't provide any service to borrow an umbrella! You can ask for an umbrella, but you have to pay for it, 30 dollars a piece! I definitely don't recommend this hotel to New York! It's unacceptable to not confirm the extra fee with the customer and deduct the fee without authorization after the customer leaves the hotel!

The room is not big. The hotel is on 39th Street, a few blocks from Times Square, about a ten-minute walk. There are many shops and restaurants around. The breakfast is very simple, scrambled eggs and bacon, milk, juice, coffee and bread. And no one checks the breakfast, so there is no difference between including breakfast and not including it.

The room was terrible. I ordered a double bed, but it turned into a single bed when I arrived. The air conditioner was like a blower at night, and the buzzing sound was louder than thunder. I couldn't sleep all night. It's rated 4 stars online, but it's worse than an ordinary guesthouse. It's a rip-off.
