Conveniently located, within walking distance to Broadway and Times Square. But the room was so noisy that I couldn't rest at night. The front desk and concierge were indifferent. The room I was assigned on the night of check-in was extremely old. I requested to change rooms due to excessive noise, but no one responded after waiting for dozens of minutes. In short, I don't recommend it.
