the proximity of the hotel to the broadway and downtown time square makes this place really convenient and I cannot ask for a better location than here. breakfast is complimentary but the queue for the breakfast can be daunting.

I have said it earlier .. will say it again. This hotel is one of the best in NEW YORK City. .. Time Square. Location is just awesome. Everything in walking distance. Staff members are just amazing. Restaurant crew is top notch .. good breakfast

Very good service, very good location, room very clean and big.

Breakfast costs $60 per person (not including tips) and the question is, I walk two laps to barely fill a plate😅 I thought the normal breakfast would not exceed 40 dollars, 30 dollars has included in the room fee so I took the plate and sat down to eat, and they kept asking if I need tea or coffee and just pass me the receipt. Room size is OK in NYC and centrally located near Times Square Room was clean with average amenities Front desk staff were attentive and accommodating Cafe staff were efficient

Located right next to major subway lines, i.e. Times Square stations, PABT. The breakfast is good with many selections but can get crowed if you come late. Staff are very friendly. Room size is better than average for NY standard. Will definitely come back.

I can't credit the staff at the hotel enough. I arrived quite early in the morning and had actually at a bag stolen on the way to the hotel with some quite important t things in their. The staff were great and managed to get me a room early so I could try and sort out what to do. So amazingly helpful. The room was quite clean although as it was a rush I didn't receive much information about hotel facilities etc. The morning breakfast was a great had quite a wide variety of options, the location of the hotel is really good for time square as well as travel via the metro as most of the main lines for sight seeing and the airport are very close by.

Hotel was alright. Decent room for size in new york. Ask for a checkin fee of $25usd for 1.5hrs before checkin. Breakfast is simple but crowded. Other are alrigh.

Room was very clean except for radiator which had lint, glitter, and paper clips stuck inside (only noticed when I went to open the window). Room was quiet!
