I wanted a location close to Penn Station. So this was ideal, about a 10 minute walk The room was perfect for my needs. Sure, it was small but this in Manhattan, so unless you want to pay top dollar that is pretty much expected. I suppose I should have asked when I couldn't find an ice machine but as soon as I did ask fo it, it was delivered in a matter of minutes.. Next time I will ask to have the "Virtual Butler" service explained to me. It took me a day to figure out all the particulars, like the pull out Keurig coffee machine and under the bed pull out suitcase storage thingy. The bed and pillows were comfortable. I did find the plush comforters a little weird but perhaps I am not quite as "continental! as I thought. All in all, I will totally stay there again when I have a chance.

Nice hotel, good location, lovely bed and clean!!
Unfortunately they don't offer breakfast but we knew that when booking.
Staff is extremely helpful & nice!

Yhe hotel has visual/design concept, but the small print is they collect 50$ depositn on arrival, which "must be returned 5-7 days after checkout, but we кееп $37,50 for amenities.". I'll see if they return even a penny, but for me this is trickstery and makes me take this hotel off my list.
